i made my wife watch it with me, halfway through I turned to windtunnel on speed. The show sucked. really, the only show that they've remade that is worth a shit in my opinion is transformers. Dukes sucked, knight rider sucked, ateam will suck! Is knightrider supposed to be a weekly series, because the ending made it seem like there was more to come?

Yeah, headlight covers, taillight covers... gone.. unsure about the sweet flaps, maybe it'll protect the body a little?

Here's pics of my new 03 SS. Bone stock, 61K. I have a lot of ideas for this truck!! I'll be brining her back to Indiana on Wednesday.

The first mod I'm thinking of doing to my truck is a set of hid projector headlights. I've seen some on ebay for around 150-160. Anyone use these, or have suggestions on what to get? I kinda like the "angel eyes" look, just didn't knwo how difficult it was to install. Thanks

Here's some more dealer pics. Definitely removing the light covers, unsure of the bug guard and flaps, I might keep them if it helps protect the paint.

Quick update, basically all that's left to do, is sign for it! They came off 1500 off the truck, paid mine off plus 500 (my trade's a piece of crap) and paid my taxes (1000). And the salesman said it couldn't be done. So hopefully I can go get it in the next couple fo days. bad part is that I've already been looking through accessory catalogs!! I'm thinking a Gibson Super Truck exhaust system. Any thoughts or recommendations? I ended up paying more than what I wanted to, but I'll have to cut down on my beer intake, or switch to a cheaper beer like Natty Lt. I'll try to post some pics when I get it back to Indy!

They said 19,988. I told them 18 out the door. Of course he said they can't go that low, but I told him that is exactly what the salesman said when I bought my wife her trailblazer, and i got it for 3500 less than what they wanted!! I want one, bad, but i'm not going to take in the butt so they can make a couple thousand more off me. Besides, in reality, were only 2000 apart!

Quick update, found 03 Blk, 61K, dealer says "it's better than new" (typical) he also says that they put their "lowest possible price" (haha) on the internet. So I'm going to haggle with him, give him my bottom dollar, and hopefully tonight I'll be the owner of an SS....Finally!!

Well, I was going to buy it. Emailed dealership last night, told them I was interested, they called me today, and they sold it last night! wtf! Oh well, search back on!!

Dammit!! I had some issues come up, and I missed out on the truck. I think they sold it, it's not on there website anymore! Oh well, now I'm looking @ an 04, blue. really wanted black though!! Thanks for the encouragement guys, I'll get one yet!!

So here's my problem, there is a sweet looking 03 SS w/ 37K on it for 20gr. I think I can get them down to 18 ish, my wife thinks I should wait until spring, but I keep telling her, that these trucks are hard to find with low miles (only 3 I can find in Indy) So should I wait until spring, or just go buy it? It's at a toyota dealership, and it's been there for @ least three weeks that I know of, maybe longer, but I am so impatient, and afraid it's going to be sold! What to do??

You know how they say honesty is the best policy, well, bullcrap!! I work in construction as a union electrician apprentice, so I don't make a lot of money. When I miss a day, as I did last week due to my furnace taking a shit, I knew I would lose 8 hours pay, sucks, but I accepted it, but when I got my check today, they had paid me for the day I missed, cool I thought, so I went to thank my foreman for helping me out, and he said that it was probably a mistake, and they would probably dock me 8 hours on the next check,which, by the waym i have school, so I'll already be missing 8 hours, but he said thanks for being honest. **** that! Why do they expect me to show up everyday on time, and bust my ass for them, and hardly ever miss work, and then they can't even pay me for one f**king day! Sorry for the long post, but this really pisses me off!!

Kick ass truck!

I don't know if this will help or not, but I'm looking at an '03 with 37K miles, and there asking 21,980.00. My dad works in the auto industry, and he said that these trucks book for about 16,500, but I think that's what they can get them wholsale for, so you figure there going to jack the price up and try to make as much as possible, especially since it's an SS

so basically, the only difference is the blocks? So ls1 go-fast goodies will fit in the truck blocks?
