Truck looks great! Is there a big difference in Clay bars? Is one brand better than another? Looks like most of the guys use Adams products, just wondering if it makes a big difference, I can run to auto zone and get the meguires clay bar, or get the adams online. Just looking for opinions, Thanks!

It's always a great feeling when you get questions/compliments on you're SSS, I usually get them at the gas station, question #1 how fast is it? and #2 how much did it cost?

I had the same issue, turned out to be the right side water pump gasket, replaced pump and gaskets, no more leaks.

Stylintrucks.com sells new aftermarket ones, if you cant find any good used stuff.

does it happen hot or cold, have you tried a different gas station?

What brand name was the grille? I bought my 5 piece from amazon, it is a carriage works grill, easy install, and looks great. Hope you can get a refund.

I agree: Blue one is nice, low miles, no reserve. Black one look's like a**, must have been smokin crack when picking out the orange/black combination.

Man, that sounds terrible! Mine makes noise when cold, like the other post had mentioned, but goes away after thirty to sixty seconds, the noise you have sounds much deeper in the engine, rod or main bearing? Bet it wont go away, may even get worse when engine is at operating temperature. Let us know what you find out!

I agree, use a little heat (even a hair drier will work), heat and peel, then if there is any glue residue left, just spray a little WD-40 on a clean rag and wipe off the glue, wont hurt the paint.

"rear nut on a-arm" loose, this sounds like a problem, this is one of the alignment adjusting cams, better get you're alignmnet checked as well.

BG makes a awesome spray throttle body cleaner, just spray and use a clean rag to wipe out the throttle body, I found this at NAPA.

It came that way from the factory. Push the key fob unlock once and the drivers door unlocks, push second time, passenger side and tailgate unlock.

I bought/installed the belltech front keys, rear shackles, and the nitro drop shocks. I also cut off two nubs from the front bump stops. Truck rides terrible, but looks and corners great. I read a previous post stating to drill holes in the bump stops, to smooth out the ride, will try it this weekend. Bought the parts from stylin trucks, around $500 bucks, took a couple three hours to install, then had the alignment checked (with the belltech drop you can still use the factory alignment specs).

Just changed mine a couple weeks ago, 55K miles on original lines, bought the cheap Dorman lines from NAPA, rubber hoses felt really cheap, took them back and bought a set from G.M., if you have the AWD, drop down the front differential, has three mounts, three to four inches, this makes the whole job much easier!!! Otherwise you cannot get the lines between the block and diff housing.

I sold my stock silver ss wheels for $700, tires were about half tread. Check on e-bay to see what the chrome ones are averaging price wise, $600 sound like a great deal.

I replaced my muffler with a "Vortex" muffler from Mineke, exactly the same as a flowmaster but not near the price, also has lifetime warranty, and sounds great!

I just replaced mine this week, only 55k miles, found the gasket on the drivers side leaking, not the actual pump itself.

Thanks for the info on the longer filter, I have been using the shorter one. I have read some comments about the Mobil 1 oil filter anybody think they are better than the K&N, the cost the same ??? Thanks Scootertrash19
