475 to the wheels is alot for NA, and boost being mainly built around low compression shouldn't necessarily put out that much power.

You get a raise??
Good to hear man, good luck with everything.

Find out when you run it lol certainly won't hurt

Price is very fair. IMO
Great transmission too, I have a level 6

I would take a LS7 over a 502 or a 540. Just sayin...

So head wise is there a big horse power diff between the 2 different heads. If we stay with the stock heads and have them worked with the stock intake we will also want to port the intake as well with a bigger tb correct?
depends really lol stock heads kinda stink imo but can be used and still get good results, but 243's are good or if you wanna spend some dough and get some trick flows or something like that. stock intake is okay but id go with a nnbs cathedral intake or tbss intake (porting optional) with the 4 bolt 87/90mm tb. that would wake it up a bit

The l92 is not the same as the lq9. As far as power, it all depends in the setup. If you want a good performance gain look into some trick flow heads or ported and polished 243/799 heads off the newer 5.3's. Cam, intake manifold, torque converter all play a role in how much "power" you get out of a setup. Choose everything so it matches up nicely and you'll feel a very nice increase in performance. Rather than slapping stuff together which could actually hurt performance.
