JC03SS- I appreciate all the info! As far as the migraines its really only sound that gets to me. However I need shoulder surgeries on top of back surgeries so the less buffing/polishing the better. Im willing to sacrifice pain to make this truck look its finest though. As soon as I roll the truck outside the first step will be to go over the entire paint and look at the haze left over from the Nu Finish, I remember the first time I used this product I drove down the street with haze marks left on the paint This stuff is tough to rub off, but well worth the protection and polish. I was going to take a deer spotter and go over and see if that did the trick, truck is not movable yet Brian. If you have any other suggestions please PM me or just feed me your valuable info here. Thank as always man. Not in that place just yet. Way to many variables going on, may move to FL or PA on top of building here. Need to close on the house first.

^^I definitly have used other more expensive waxes like Zymol and numerous other ones, and I think Nu-Finish comes out best. But I will agree Adams or Zaino is the way to go. As long I add 2 coats of nu-finish polish it seems to last and repel water very well for at least a month, and the paint speaks for itself it barely has seen sunlight. I can only imagine what a true paint specialist could do with this paint... edit - meguiers is what my dealership uses, I like it but the Nu Finish in my case, has lasted longer. I will have to look into surf city (is it only available at certain shops or online?)

My house closing was put off a for 3-4 weeks (to help the family member purchasing the house). That completely twists my plans to get the truck fixed in time to make it down and then back to LI, NY on the way home for a project. I am sorry guys, this is the one true event I seriously wanted to attend over any other. I actually like the no judging aspect as my truck is stock and would get blown away by some of the trucks here that would show up. To all that go, I hope you all have a wonderful time.

Stock size tires, still factory rubbers (on the rears, Ls2's up front). In the first pic it does look a little lowered or a bigger tire I have to admit...your truck is looking spiffy also Cmo

I like your idea of the 408 twin turbo. Could do a tvs 2300 also or F1 Procharger. You will need to go with a fully built FLT or convert to the 4L80 tranny. Near Omaha or Lincoln? I may be out their sometime this summer and fall. My godfather would love to put his V12 Benz against our trucks.

2007 were the most rare year model and only came in black to my knowledge...Ive been talking to a service manager that has one with 21k on it...I will have a hard time giving up awd though.

Edit - These pictures were taking with a Blackberry rip off cell, so please excuse the pictures as they are not crispy clear. Just what the title says, straight and simple. I had originally planned on using 3M polish and then Nu-Finish, however I felt the need to cover it with some scratch and haze remover (Nu-Finish) and then the polish (Nu-Finish again). So I am saving the 3M for the next coat (tonite) and the other car in the garage. Let me know what you guys think of the detail with $5 products (is not a complete detail, I did not claybar or seal).

Very nice, love those spoilers the most. Would have added one but my Gemtop rubber gasket seal would flex and never be the same. Looks great, love the rims also.

I had locking lug nuts and got rid of them. If someone is going to attempt to steal your rims, they mine as well take the truck imo (why go to jail for stealing rims when it's the same for a truck). In case you are still serious I may be able to dig mine up, I am in the middle of moving so they may not be easy to find. My dealership agreed with me, they had seen this before where locking lug nut led to the entire vehicle being stolen. When a thief gets greedy or they want something bad, they will get it. Sadly we have to live with these issues with our nice trucks. Regardless, I hope I do not steer you away from what you want, just first hand situations I have been told. And also, if they really want to take those locking lug nuts off its just as easy as putting them on (without the key), but I will not discuss how to do so on an open forum.

Compared to the other sport trucks (Ram Srt-10 and Lightning) the SS is the slowest stock vs. stock, but once you get down to the mods the awd makes it a competitor. ARH would be my only choice. 100% American made and products, do not have to worry about Chinease metal, and their may be more in the future to to offer from them. Their is a place in MA that has a dyno long enough for our trucks, however we would need a group of us to get Don to the dyno as the place that houses the dyno is a foreign car (mostly bmw) mod shop. Ive also been talking to Don about things I need done to the truck.

Thank you guys, my answer was found on Blk_SS's answer, as I purchased the same cover. I will just remove both antennas and do the delete as backing into and out of the garage make them hit the top of the garage.

So I ordered a truck cover, just have a question. I do not have the antenna delete mod yet, I was considering just removing the antenna while its under cover. So my question is to those that do have truck covers, what could I fill the antenna whole with? I had a quick ghetto type answer by using a plastic bag....but was hoping those members with covers could help me out. I was thinking of having it stitched up with some fleece material. Truck will be stored inside so I should not have to worry about weather, however if it were to be stored outside the fleece would be like a sponge, no good. So run your ideas please and thank you, or let me know if you did something to cover this glory hole. edit - I did rip apart a North Face Nylon Gore-Tech jacket falling from a car about 10 years ago, still have the jacket and was considering using that (just thought of this after original posting). What do you guys think of a Nylon and Gore-Tech patch-up?

Corsa vs Banks are two different completely animals. Corsa is not a deep tone system and has no drone whatsoever. Banks is a deep tone and drones a lot, but will net you around 20hp with a tune according to a member the next state over from me.

You need brake ducts with the Honeycomb grille (06-07 classic). Otherwise if you get 03-05s you will have 2 different types of grilles in your ducts and your upper and lower mains.

So parents of speedbump and maggot (nicknames the terrorist's have been given in Boston) are coming to the US as early as tomorrow...the police are awaiting to arrest her on shoplifting charges as she stole from Lord and Taylor (about $1500). Worst part is maggot (the one alive at Beth Isreal) confessed before they read him his rights....

Im curious about 2 SS' in FL he may have bought...If you want deep tone (which Corsa is not) go with magnaflow, Billy Boat or Borla. I personally would choose Billy Boat (B&B) if I went deep tone but I have migraine issues so Corsa is my only choice. Like stated stock pipes are great flowing.
