Just dropped almost $3,000 in parts. I could have paid the damn truck of! So much for sleeping tonight... But damn is this truck gonna stop!

Quick Question, when ordering stainless steel brake lines for a Z06 conversion, I order the lines for the SS... not the Vette.. correct? Also, anybody have apart # because every site contradicts each other about that fits my truck! grrr!

4 more truck payments then the SS is paid off! Hopefully I can fight the urge to go buy something else, at-least for a little while.

Came home from work today and the neighbor had a for sale sign on his 04 Medium Spiral Gray C5 Corvette, which just happens to the the Vette I want AND the bank is offering 2.5% financing on it. Grrrr! The SSS is almost paid off and I was looking forward to no more car payment!!!

New Nitto 420's in a 305/50/20 are on. What started out as a great deal on tires turned into an expensive day at the shop. However, all the worn/bad steering parts have been replaced and the truck is now back in alignment and rides/steers/drives like new. It also looks way better!

Just spent $330 on some Coverking custom neoprene seat covers. I would have much rather spent that money on a tune but the new puppy dictated the seat covers... in the interest of preserving the SS's interior. New weathertech floor-mats are coming next week. All surfaces must be protected!

I'm thinking about doing the Bose system in my truck....any thoughts? Is it worth it?

Just noticed how much my bed cover is messing up the paint on my bed. Thinking about ditching it, lineX, the bed and get bed rail caps to cover the damage. I dunno tho...

Damn Duramax got me wanting to trade the SS in again...

Not sure what it is, but whever I drive my SS, I feel like I am on top of the world. Hearing the motor with my exhaust puts a smile on my face every time. Can only imagine what happens when I get her Super Charged. Was going to sell it at one time but glad I never did. Will do my very best to keep this truck as long as possible!!
