  1. I am in the same boat to borrow one gents. Been running my radix awhile with out one and I think its about time lol before something bad happens. I'll pay for shipping no problem just don't want to drop a benjamin on a tool I won't use again.

Also- what are all of you using for dowls? Just steel rods?

Hardened steel pins. I have heard of people using 1/4" drill bits too. I bought the pins I have from Procharger.

  2. I got mt HID's working today, I installed , LED's in the tail lights, DRL, Puddle Lights, Dome Lights, HID reverse lights Got my system back up and working. The rest of the parts I need to get my truck back on the road should be in tomorrow!!!!!!!

  3. So, i take it your going to stay all motor with some spray? Do you think with bumping the compression up you will have to run 93 and an octane booster? Have you thought about just running E85?

Just to warn you about the Marine 42# injectors. they were made from #42-#44 and you cant tell which is which as far as i know. Well that's what happened to me.

  4. I have been preforming corrosion control on military equipment and I have my own input as far as the the choices being mentioned

    - Bed liner, has to be done right to be effective, still prone to cracking, peeling, and failing. Cleaning out bolt holes is going to suck, to include all of your grounds.

Bedliner also does not stick to bare metal that well most need a sealer or a primer. How do you expect the bedliner to be applied inside of the boxed areas of the frame? If it isnt treated then it will rust from the inside out

-PC- almost the same issues, even though the PC is electrostaticly charged you can't get down the boxed frame as well.

If your want a coating that lasts, I would reccomend 2 coats of a zinc rich primer, 2 coats of an epoxy primer, and your choice of a durrable topcoat. these components together will outlast almost anything when applied properly. I have been in the corrosion control field for almost 10 years now. But its your truck and my opinion.

  5. Why did you decide on going with a returnless fuel system? Usually the guys with a returnless switch to a return system.

I am not going with a returnless system. The return line for the fuel system will come off of the Aeromotive FPR.I plan on doing a write up on this because the one in the "How to Section" isn't very informative and no pics.

  6. I am supercharged, hence the reason i said recirculation valve. I have a P1SC with a 3.5" pulley. And I am aware of the increase in fuel once in boost. Most or all of my mods are in my sig line

  7. I have an aeromotive FPR im installing on my truck. My question pertains to the best spot to pull vaccum off of for it to operate correctly. I have a TBSS intake swapped on, so there is the small fitting on the side which is used for my boost guage, and my recirculation valve. The fitting on the top of the intake just pulls in fresh air from the intake. Am I doing something wron as far as anyone can tell/ Would it hurt to add another "T" fitting into the already small 1/4" hose running the re-circulation valve, and the boost guage? Thanks
