I wanted to ask for some inisight for those that have a shaved tailgate. Who do you use for hydrolic shocks for the release, and powered pop locks? I'm planing this soon so I want to start getting partsand wiring. I was thinking of putting the release button where my fog light button is supposed to be. Also is there a cable release incase the powered plunger fails? Thanks!

Hehehe that's how I was able to do the Z06 upgrade. One of my caliper Pistons was getting hung up and toasting pads.. I 'needed' the upgrade! Now if I can figure a way to convince my wife that FI saves fuel and money in the long run, I'll be set.. Haha.. Back to the OP. Just ordered the roll pan! I've been kicking it around for far too long.. Side work is paying for this, kinda hard to sell show parts to the wife.. What can I expect to pay to get this painted? ~200 I'm guessing..

I would confirm your Subcooling and Superheat tempratures for charging issues, restrictions or airflow problems. Those numbers can definitely determin wether or not you have any refrigeration issues. Ie: take temp readings on you suction line leaving evaporator and leaving the condenser after the AC has been running for 15mins on MAX. Pick a day where ambient temps are above 75* and under 95*

Where did it break? I've heard these truck have the worst lines for busting. I was actually considering the SS upgrade for all the lines. I really don't want to pull the bed tho. I dunno if your EBreak will be strong enough to stop you over 30mph.. Sorry to hear, hope you make it home ok.

Oh yea, long gone.. But don't let me deter you from your venture.. The sun shines on a dogs ass some days. I know a lot of guys on here love lloyds mats.. Jus sayin. I made a post awhile back about these mats. I'd have to find it but my custom mats weren't that far off that price. They just embroidered the logo on 2 of the three mats.
