I had the smoked headlights and hated them! Could not see anything at night. Looked cool during the day but absolutely useless at night. This was with factory halogen setup with Hella bulbs.

Oh I love them....in the city driving! They sound amazing at idle and just cruising around town. The big thing for me is when I get on the highway it is too loud for a road trip. I also have longtubes, no cats, and this is a true dual system so I can only blame myself.

I have a Corsa Sport muffler and clone tip that I am gonna put on the truck. Finally getting rid of the Spintech duals!!! Anyway I wanna replicate the Corsa as close as possible so if anyone has any pics from the bottom of their installed catback that would be awesome!

I run an 8" Skar audio sub in a sealed box I got off ebay for under the seat. Sounds great and provides the perfect fill if you ask me. If I want it louder I could get a bigger amp or a ported box. Sub was $100 straight from manufacturer since they had B stock, ams like $100 off woofertetc., and box was like 70 shipped.

Another thing i forgot to add is am i being reasonable with these goals or will I need otger mods. I would really just like to have a fast street machine that has the possibility to tear off an 11 on a good day.

I'm in between going with a radix or an sts rear mount in my truck. I'd like to get around 500 to the wheels and run low 12's, maybe even break into the 11's. Ultimately the truck was already set up with a radix before I purchased it hence some of the mods. Pending prices I'd be interested in the Y pipe, rear sway bar and hardware, and tranny cooler.

The true dual setup will be for sale for sure! I just don't know if their Y pipe will work on my truck with it being AWD. I need a Y pipe that will bolt up in case I ever need to drop the tranny. I have a stall converter sitting in a box to install too hence why I don't want to weld one up. Also I have no access to mandrel bending here local to me. I mean absolutely no one does mandrel bending! I just really am looking for one that will bolt up and go.

Decided I'm gonna put the corsa muffler I have on my 03 SSS. My question is what Y pipe is everyone using to work around the transfer case and everything? I have pacesetter longtubes already but not their Y pipe because I'm not sure if it will fit. The corsa will be replacing the true duals i have now with spintech mufflers.

Sounds like you have aftermarket taillights.

This may he a dumb question but where are these designed to go? I know most vehicles have them installed on the plastic kick panel but ours have ribs on them so their not flat. Are these designed to stick onto the flat metal right below the plastic?

Ordered a set of black headlights with clear side markers and the seller sent me the incorrect headlights. Tried to get the issue fixed and he sent me another set of the same but incorrect headlights. Seller now refuses to communicate with me and is ignoring emails and phone calls. Trying to get some of my money back so I can purchase the headlights I wanted from another seller. I have 2 complete sets of these lights for sale, $85 shipped each.

So a while back I purchased this used for a friend of mine because he said he wanted it for his Tahoe. Well as things tend to go I am looking to possibly sale it if he doesn't come up with the cash. I believe it would come with everything except the DC brand alternator, (I have to be sure all the misc. piece are still in the box) It does however have a Stinger brand 270 amp alternator that would be included with the sale. Haha my phone totally had me spell all kinds of stuff wrong there! I'll edit it tomorrow when I get on the computer. Anyway quite on the contrary because I have been in quite a few tinted winshield vehicles. Me and my brothers trans am was done with 50%, friend mustang at 75%, couple lightnings at 35%, and for a fact that 20% is not easy to see through at night. Sure during the day it looks kick ass and probably love it but at night it has to suck. Like i said different strokes for different folks though. Enjoy and I hope you don't get oulled over. Lol

I agree, it does look bad ass! But that is plain dumb and illegal. There is no way you can see out of that clearly at night. I have my windshield tinted but it is done with Llumar Air Blue 80 which is optically clear. Accidents can and will be caused by such things and if you don't have to remove it before then you will definently be at fault for any accident you are ever involved in. Some shops will do it with no receipt and cash only this way they can never be help responsible for it. Couple friends around here absolutely refuse to do any windshields because we had a close friend wreck and they feel at faqult because of it. It is your truck and do as you wish but I speak from years of tint experience and it is not safe at all.

I have seen the armrests on ebay before. In the mean time I just used 3M double sided tape on the window bezel and stuck it back down on the armrest to keep it from swingingout everytime I shut the door.
