For me it will be used for a test of steering wheel controls. I have a Pioneer AVH-P4400UB double din right now, I will do the wheel and SIR coil change then take it to the dealer with a stock radio so I know it works before I put my Pioneer back in and have my stereo shop do the retention kit for me. I found the retention kit but I don't want to deal with wiring

Anyone have one they are willing to part with? I need one for a mod.

I know which is an LQ9 and LQ4 and I meant LQ9. I can get an LQ9 long block from GMPartsEast.com. The engine I'm looking at can come with LQ4 LQ9 or LY6 pistons. Minor things have been changed to give it more power. Also its a 370 instead of a 364. I am going to put a 6.0 in the truck. What do you guys think of this? It's about $660 cheaper shipped than a new LQ9 long block. Also may top it with a TVS 1900 or Radix later not sure which is better. Curious if I should get this with flat top pistons or the LQ9
