Really need to see current pics........but I would get the Malibu's drive train straightened out & make it a dependable driver over the winter for next summer. If you do a frame off you won't be driving it for years and costs are astronomical, unless you do most of the work. Cruise the Malibu & work on the SS as you collect the parts for the Malibu to convert to SS!!

Arrived yesterday, I'll have them mounted this week. My dealer charges only $12.50 per to mount, balance and get rid of the old ones!.

There is also a chrome paint. West Coast Customs did an Audi in chrome a while back.

just ordered new Yokohama's $700 for the set delivered. The old ones are still good for summer but looking ahead to a bad winter so fresh rubber is needed. Total of 80,000 + or - a couple thousand on the two previous sets, couldn't be happier!! I am pretty hard on them esp the on/off ramps!!
