My bud is the teacher master tech & ex dealer tech I gave them a bunch of krap parts I had collecting dust. The senior class built it up with used parts I bought. I admit I only have about $200-300 bucks in it. It's a pretty wicked sounding motor. I then sent up my 84' T/A and as of June had it running & driving. Thy rebuilt my 12 bolt in my 70 GTO, and I'm gonna have them do the trans this year. These are kids 17! If I had a set laying around I would send them, only caveat is that the students are only as good as the teacher which normally has years and years of experience.

I can say from first hand knowledge that the local Vo-tech HS has better shop equip than the Chevy dealer I go to, and the body shop has the one of the best paint booths around

Just starting to feel normal from 2 herniated discs & pinched nerve from last July. I really felt it Sunday am after the 6 hrs in the truck Saturday.
