A few other mags hit the bricks this week also.........the local HS votech has a Regal T-Type converted to LS power in the shop that is being built for GM HT. They were doing articles on the build. Just came out of the spray booth last week. The kids just built an 8.8, fabbed the mounts, and put it in the car the other day! Still needs the trans & driveshaft, the Wilwood rear brakes, & some little odds & ends.

Whats the problem with certain exhaust? I have Bassani cat back exits behind Pass tire like orig but is I think 4". How do we determine if the DJM bar fits or not......

I used synthetic Royal Purple 75-90 for the rears 3 quarts each, and GM Trac II the blue stuff in the T-case 3 quarts. The RP bottle says ok for posi but do you guys add the GM posi additive? I always have in my cars posi rears...just wondering! How much tranny fluid is required & is there a filter? Gonna do a shift kit & servos when I do the fluid change.

what's the best day to come? I can't do the 3 days!

I lived an incident similar to these I worked at a dealer while restoring my 70 SS........Pullng into a shop bay I dumped the clutch for a little fun & show boating. Just wanted to do a little front end lift, clutched it again hit the brakes and nothing! The brake booster blew and I was heading straight into the shop, Instead of having the work benches or a customers car stop me, I turned into the block divider between the shop doors. It was just painted the week before in our body shop, That day I was gonna put the grills, lights and bumpers on the front. The guys were pissed! I couldn't do anything but laugh it off, strip the nose off it and do it all over again.
