  1. Toyota is American. It's made here in the U.S. Why do you think they are in nascar now?
  2. He's cute ether way lol ya his eye is what made me fall in love with him when we saw him.
  3. In the year I have owned her, she's gone from 110,000 to 134,000. Driving her to Idaho today though:) always forget how nice these are
  4. I have always found every Toyota truck/4runner from 70-to present very attractive
  5. I drive to much to drive it all the time. Racking up the miles kills my heart
  6. DAMN IT!! I never noticed the big gap tell I read this! Well now I know what's next;)
  7. It seems as if Toyota is going to be opening a new line to:) I'm more of Toyota fan myself. http://www.fourwheeler.com/news/1402-2015-toyota-trd-pro-models-unveiled-at-chicago-auto-show/
  8. Try this one sorry http://news.pickuptrucks.com/2014/02/2014-lingenfelter-reaper-package.html It is a actual suspension lift. Has fox racing on all 4 corners. I haven't read all but would assume that they did away with the TB and did coils in the front. Motor is the 5.3 or the 6.2.
  9. I do agree with it being very hard to pull a 12.9. But with the right gearing I think it could be done. In my opinion
  10. I have been following up on this truck and came up on this site. http://www.autoweek.com/article/20140127/CARNEWS/140129810. For those of you that know I am into off road sports to me this is bad ass
  11. Did you try it with a heat gun? I usually use a heat gun with fishing ling to cut the 3M off then a eraser wheel to get what's left behind.
  12. This is the family dog American bull dog. This was when she was younger she's probably a 90 pound dog now. And this my wife's and I's first kid
  13. My wife and I love truck so we have three and one car. I drive 80-100 miles a day First I started with this beauty 94 Toyota 4runner. My child hood truck(SUV). This truck means a lot to me. Because it's me and my dad's project it got about 15-17 mpg My wife drive this 98 Toyota Tacoma. Came with 5" lift that I hate do to the ride. It's kinda sad that my solid axle 4runner with off road tires rides better. But in the middle of collecting solid axle kit now. After driving my rock crawler that many miles a day and getting pulled over A LOT I bought another joy 03 Silverado SS. Stock other then brakes and volant cold air kit. Gets 16-21 mpg After racking my miles on my(to me collectors idem) from 110.000 to 132,000 in one year I bought me this 2011 nissan versa. 11,000 miles came with snow and road tires and has a six speed manual. Gets 34 with snow tires and don't know yet with the other ones.
  14. Is it English bull dog or American bull dog? Not saying your wrong but he has almost no loose skin like a English one has. Just saying looks more of pit, like a American bully
  15. Good to know. Wanting to wrap mine in carbon fiber or paint them but was scared I'd never get them to stick as well
  16. I can't get anything to race me:( I haven't had a good race in months! If I'm in my dd I see the people I can race all the time
  17. You guys are putting 14 bolts under these trucks?! I would have never thought that these would need them. That's a hell of an axle.
  18. What adhesive did you us for putting them back on?
  19. So just so I understand you did this with stock internals besides for cam and spring?!
  20. Ya. This is my third project so I read about all three all the time. "Always wanting to learn." My dad tells me!
  21. How much boost is that at? That is really fast for the little work. Vey nice truck. Wish I could view the damn video
  22. A lot of great info. Thank you to all that chimed in. Have learned a lot in the two weeks I have been on this site. The wife gets tired of how much I have been reading and looking at all the trucks and ideas:)
  23. Wow great right up. Going to try doing this, this month.
  24. Wow. Cool I'm glad I asked. A lot of info. It's always been a topic with me and my family. I'm strongly confident that not doing it is right. One other question. How hard is it do a shift kit my self? I'm pretty hands on but have never been inside a tranny before. So never done a shift kit. Do you have to drop it? What's all needed? Again thank you for the info. A lot of smart people here. Hats off to all of you
