  1. Thats the same thing I was thinking, just get the tune nailed down with the 60lb injectors and you should be in 12's no prob.
  2. ill let ET do talking <{POST_SNAPBACK}> When are you planning to go to the track ?? I would like to see some numbers
  3. I tried to put my 04 rails and crossover tube on TBSS manifold. The rails may fit by triming the tabs used to bolt the rails down on to the manifold, and running a spacer but the cross over tube is way off, since the TBSS manifold is much wider. I am going to have to find the part # for the rails and crossover tube somewhere ??
  4. I was thinking of just removing the sensor, but keeping that hoes that goes back to the tank. By switching the TBSS manifold it looks like they may have eliminated it. It also looks like it may be a pain in the butt to put it back on.
  5. Hey guys, I wanted to ask if it was necessary to run the Fuel Tank Evaporator Control p# 12573220. How does this thing work ?? It sits sticking straight up off the top of the intake manifold, right behind the throttle body with a plastic tube that comes off it. Thanks
  6. Looks are deceiving you. Flow data has shown that the two intakes flow very similarly. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I agree looks can be deceving, but wheres the flow data ????? Oh I just noticed the one I have is different then j4nash. I'll post pics
  7. Ben, I have seen both the LS2 & LQ9 intakes, and the LS2 looks like it flows way more than a LQ9. Plus the LS2 is a 3 piece so you can port it. j4nash, Where did you get the intake manifold ported at ???
  8. Good luck with the new set-up
  9. Preliminary results are quite nice and I will post the official results here when I get them. Here is the performance data on the same truck non intercooled. http://w2wpowertrain.com/images_w2w/conten...MANCE-SHEET.pdf <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Was this using 1 or 2 rotrex ??
  10. I always thing the "you are not the father" episodes are awesome !!!
  11. I think a totally built 10-bolt can be pretty strong, but the 14-bolt would have a larger diameter ring & pinion, which helps. I sure at the power level you are at currently, anything you get will have to be pretty beefed up to last hooking on a slick. Are you going to a 4L80 also ?????
  12. 1970 Z28. If you can't tell thats me in there
  13. Zippy or Justin do you know what has to be done to make the intake work with the 04 returnless fuel rails ??? Thanks
  14. That came out really nice. I would hate to even drive it now, becuase I would want to scratch it
  15. http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.a...15&autoview=sku John, I would run something more like this. It is a more efficient cooler. You have to buy a couple fittings to convert to the cooler hose barb, then either putt the hose over the stock line, or cut the stock lines to make it fit the way you want it.
  16. If you measure the 90mm vs. stock 78mm the outer diameters are the same. Works out pretty well
  17. Yeah post some pics, I am very interested in that set-up
  18. LSR Mike, Do they have a class for Full-size trucks ???
  19. I am going to get the HPT Pro HPT link
