Hey Josh, I don't think you need a muffler to pass inspection. I didn't have mufflers on my Dodge Ram and never had a problen. Unless they changed that law in the past 4 or 5 years. I know you have to have cats on your truck for inspection. Wheather they function properly or not, that has to do with the emissions test. Just FYI

That's a good deal!! The "Flux Capacitor" has to be worth at least $95,000 by itself. Finding plutonium to run the dam thing is going to be a big problem though.

There was a construction accident in Pittsburgh about a month ago involving a freight elevator. The glass window was removed on the elevator door and a brick layer stuck his head through the opening to see if the elevator was coming and it cut his head off.
I could only imagine if I was standing with the guy when that happened. -
