sounds like your not getting a signal from the hu to the amp, are the subs turned on throught the hu? see if you have any signal coming from the rca's to the amp!

hids are definatly a ngiht and day mod, i have done them to all of my vehicles, those look great, i was impressed when i did mine that the beam pattern wasnt as scattered as i thought it would be!

are you talking molding it in? if so its going to be in the ball park of 500 maybe more including paint, its alot of work to get it shaved in. and i dont know how dylans guy did it but he did it amazingly. i was expecting it to crack but never did, if you decide to do it, find some one that will stand behing their work. even if you have to pay more, molding plastic to fibergalss isnt easy.

well depending on how new/many miles on your truck you may not need clay bar , but i would do it anyways if it has never been clay barred, just get a spray bottle fill it up with the zaino soap and water, wash your truck completely with dawn( strip the waxes off) dry it good. then begie to spray mist the truck with the bottle o soap and water, and get a small piece of clay( directions should be on the clay bar container) and clay you truck a\until you cant feel any rough spots. then wash it all off. Start with one of the zfx polishes, i beleive 2 or 5, i do one of each when i do my truck. let them dry , dont put too much on as it will be alot harder to remove. after that finish it up with the spray sealer and wipe clean, then they even have a gloss enhancer that works ok. if you look through my posts you will find results of a freshly zainoed black truck .

i know burbs only come with a 5.3 except the ltz, are you still on that motor? i like the headrest too! keep it 4wd so you can launch in 4 and switch to 2 once you get going, it will help!

Well since im currently unemployed i figured it would be a good day to clean up the SS since she has been sitting for so long, so i decided to wash with dawn twice, clay bar it then zaino /sealer. here are some shots of the new stuff i have added or will be adding Vortech ise box for i/c, need to install it just showed up today. its going to be fun i can see it. bigg tranny coo-coo-coolaa (before, with a quarter on it to give you an idea of size) after paint and a little SS here is the aftercooler heat exchanger i used ( similar to dcairns( my autometer phantom 2 gauges day/night, thanks fordsareslow!!
