Well didnt this all get a little out of hand.. haha I agree popper does good clean work... but if you're gonna base his glassing skills on his SS, there really isn't much to display. Let me make clear that I am in no way bashing his work because I'm a big fan of it. But i dont think there is a great amount of glass work in that truck to showcase his custom glassing skills. Granted everything is clean and looks pretty much like it could have came from the factory like that. In the world of custom fiberglassing, i've seen a ton more creative but still clean and not over kill work than poppers... My boy who's helping me with my next setup does even crazier glassing than the work I've seen from Popper. But again, I've only seen a limited amount of work from popper, and no work from Jose so I can't judge whose got the better glassing skills... so lets not say Popper has already won when we don't even have an idea of what Jose has to offer.. Just keep an open mind. If there really is gonna be a glass off, there has to be some type of set rules (wrapped glass or painted glass, etc...) to fairly judge each piece of work

Yeah i had my first compustar for 6 yrs and the only reason I upgraded was because the range was only 1500ft and school parking lot is beyond that haha. 09' was a very expensive year for me especially with the exhaust tips and body work. I need to get one of my hangers redone on a pipe because the weld already broke... Whats up with you ten? anything new? Daym, maybe i'll hit brody up when the time comes! Nick really knows his stuff though. Thats good to know on the tranny! have ya ran it hard with the cam and all that?

I've tried asking if it was a wiring thing and if it could be bypasse and i was toldit depends on the bypass module/interface thats installed because it comes preconfigured or something. I'm no expert but when I got my Zenesis system put in, they installed a DataLink module and my lights didnt flash at all. The one they installed for my compustar flashes now, and i think its a Fortin module.. Sorry I cant be of more help.

I'm gonna do hardened push rods and valve springs for sure with the cam, just undecided on which setup to go with... To be honest, I'm almost just thinking about throwing a supercharger on top instead of the actual engine work since i'm already throwing all that money in... oh and definitely gonna build the tranny up. Excluding parts, how much did brody charge you for the install of those, and how much did underground charge for the installs and did Nick do the work over there?

Just putting this out there, if you guys need autostarts or anything car audio related, i know some guys that just opened a shop here in Anchorage. The owner was the head installer/fabricator at Perfectionist for many years. If you've see the custom work that came out of there, chances are it was his work. I have big plans for my interior and they will be helping me out with it. I guarantee you this little shop will be the next big thing! As for auto starts, I believe they will be carrying Compustar. I'm not sure if they'll be carrying other brands but these were the units they installed into my vehicles. His other employee is also very experienced and they put out nothing but great work and I can personally vouch for them as they have worked on three of my vehicles already. Just let me know if you guys need anything.

I think i saw that intimidator last year at mcdonalds on abbot. It caught my eye because the hd grill/hood and a sun roof! I was like wtf? hey Mike, did underground do your cam install or did brody/carter do it? I might be doing mine in the summer

That would defeat the whole purpose of purchasing the keys in the first place then. I think what he's trying to do is improve his camber while keeping his current stance. Just my opinion though.

It depends on what you want the overall stance to look like. How much lower are you trying to get in the front? This will help us answer your question

Belltech makes a front camber bushing kit, I believe the part number is 4955. It should give you about 2 more degrees to play with.

Is it the slammed lime green truck with plates that say NV2LOW?

I've seen that lime green OBS truck around, especially around dimond but I don't know if its really making that much power. If it really does have a blower, i don't know where all the power is going if you got a truck length on him haha. Good job though! Makes me want to start my performance mods!

Looks good! Did you ever think about breaking the other letters up in pieces like how the "S" is two separate pieces? I'm in the process of designing some stuff also and that's one thing i've seriously been considering for the letters.

I don't live there, just got friends there. That white truck is a real ss, it used to be red. He owns sal's body shop on that same street.
