  1. Ooooh. It is like a small iPaq phone. Windows Mobile is much better than the Palm OS or Blackberry OS IMO.
  2. No you can't, you just bought a boat, better save your money. My buddy on FullsizeChevy is planning on buying them for his 03 SS. Trying to get him to join up here as well.
  3. Also, if you want your shifts to be consistent, ask Bryan to disable adaptive shift learning! I did not ask for this with my tune from him and the shifts were very inconsistent as the PCM constantly will try to adjust the line pressure to reach a target shift time.
  4. I've never logged rear O2 sensors, but I would expect that they would read low if the cat converters are working properly. I'll try and log mine on the drive home today and report what they read. Another thing to note is that when I got my PCMFORLESS tune, my rear O2s were tuned out, even though I didn't request it. I don't think that would cause them to read 0 volts, but stranger things have happened.
  5. That second picture is quite sad...
  6. So the question is, what kind of video out options exist on your DVD player? Same for the cable box? Ideally, you won't have anything hooked up at lower than a component video connection (red, blue, green). If your dvd player or cable box has an HDMI or DVI hookup, you'll want to use that connection on the tv. Your tv has one HDMI input, so if you've got DVI, you'll need to buy an adapter. Can pick one up pretty cheap on eBay, I did.
  7. Enjoy yourself out here. That museum's pretty cool. Went to it about 15 years ago. When was it sunny at HMB?
  8. Damn, those are some powerful photos/stories.
  9. Interested in the 2.9" pulley. PM sent.
  10. That's the way I look at it too. I don't expect another 100hp or anything ridiculous like that, but I expect a bit better breathing and all that. I'm still in shock at the price myself, especially considering their Buy it now prices have been set at $200
  11. I simply could not pass up on this auction. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...TRK%3AMEWN%3AIT How many radix owners have this intake and what have your thoughts been?
  12. I just did my taxes this past week... Between VA state and federal taxes, I owe right at 11K. That's what I get for being self-employed while working a salaried job.
  13. I've seen these photos before on another forum. Word there was that this some sort of artists rendition.
  14. I was VERY leary when I went to drop my tank the first time, especially since I was setting up a universal style pump in my 03. But once I got in there, it really wasn't as difficult as I was expecting it to be. If nothing else, you can do the whole kit minus the pump and pay someone to do that piece.
  15. Really, don't be scared, it is not that difficult of an install. Read through the instrucitons a few time while out at the engine bay, with the covers off looking everything over. I think if you really went through that, it'll be a lot easier than you're thinking it is right now.
  16. mine has the same problem after i had to elomgate one of the bolt holes to fit better. RTV right inside the gap worked well for me.
  17. Please tell me that is not your hand Brown Recluse makes a black widow bite look mild... Edit: re-read that you got it an an email. Still, nasty...
  18. The problem is I had very limited space on the passenger side, due to the radix J-tube. To remove, I unbolted the rail in it's 6 places, lifter it off of the injectors and pulled them out one by one. To remount, I place the injectors all down in the intake manifold and pressed the rails down onto them. Very difficult to press the injectors down into place that were under the J-tube.
  19. And the injectors are back on and working Man, that was infinitely harder to mount them than to remove them. And it appears that the issue is much better now Idle is smoother, Trims are ALL negative and within 2% of eachother (right now) whereas before, right into Closed Loop, bank 1 would go neg, bank 2 would go positive. Readings look a bit better in PE mode now as well. Readings between the two banks are a lot closer now, with 8-10mv difference on average.
  20. If done properly, a custom tune will give you better milage. With the timing at the ideal setting, the truck will make more power on a given amount of fuel than with the stock tune.
  21. That's what I was thinking. GM dominated that stoplight for that minute there.
  22. I like to try as many different types of beer as I can, leaning heavily on amber and red beers. For hard stuff, I'm working on developing a taste for scotch, really enjoy crown royal, most drinks with tequila and rum. Not much of a vodka drinker.
