I just got my HD Television, so I want to get HD channels dish network had quoted me up to 115 a month.. WTF.. comcast's page shows i could pay 90.. anyone have an opinion on each one.. or work for one that can give us SSSers a deal?

try taking the metal sleeves off the boots.. they may be arcing out against the headers, or the block (maybe).. mine were arcing out, and revolutionraceworks got me a set of MSD wires 8.5 mm and problem with that was solved. now i may have bad cats..

I think what you did was edit the LMHOST file and not the host file.

no no no.. dont turn on LMHosts.. turn OFF LMHosts. tons of viruses write to the lmhosts file and if you get infected, you wont know whats going on. I work as an IT Net Admin (for the past 10 years), and Ive seen that time and time again. Windows by default and design always looks at the hosts file, which is totally seperate from the LMHosts file. edit the hosts file as that article says, then close your browser and re open it. In IE, click tools\internet options (in IE6) click to clear contents. IE7 has a different button to click under the same area, but you have to click a delete button to get to the final screen. LMHosts is WINS netbios traffic, which actually will slow your browsing down a bit.

i remember when i test drove my SSS, the thing that stuck out to me was how the back end bounced around more than my 99 4x4. id still love to stiffen that up, but keep the factory stance.. im in the miniority of those who like the factory stance, stock silver rims and bumpers.

if i ever get rid of my townhosue, id seriously consider upgrading my headunit to a factory with navigation

in my opinion, Frank is very well versed in tuning. He did a fantastic job on my truck. Frank's not bashing others, just offering his knowledge up. what can it hurt to try his suggestion? if you dont like it.. go back to what you had before, no harm, no foul..

I just got the Hitachi 57 inch CRT rear projection TV for 960 bucks. its awesome.. IMHO, it looks better than lcd, dlp, or plasma.. and it wont burn out\blow lamps in a couple years.

I also hear that diesel sound when the engine is cold (in the morning before work). when the engine warms up in a block or three, that sound goes away.
