  1. This stuff is just sitting in my storage shed so I figured I'd put it up and see if there's any interest. The rest of the stock parts have 10K miles on them. The GMPP intake has less than 1k miles on it!!
  2. I agree, I don't understand why none of the other guys are adding their $0.02
  3. Here's a pic of the accessories kit and I will also throw in a Magnuson Boost gauge w/ A-pillar pod for free for whoever buys the kit!
  4. I think I know how...there is a dealership called the "Cape Cod Auto Mall" that had a leftover '03 that I found back in December of '05 when I was home on leave visiting my family for christmas. I posted about it to let anyone looking for an SSS in the area know that it was available. Here's the link to that post: Leftover '03 SSS IF it is the same truck, I cannot believe that it was STILL on that lot for this long! Talk about a stubborn dealer! If you did get that truck I hope they gave you a good deal on it! Welcome to the brotherhood!
  5. Well, I just put my name in for Super Chevy @ VMP. I'd still like to do a local GTG and Rick said he's gonna try and track down a local weekly car meet he used to frequent. It'd be cool to get several more of the SSS owners to roll together. It's near Independence in Va. beach so maybe we could meet up for dinner at Smokey Bones or somewhere else in that area. Come on guys, who's interested??
  6. TTT, still for sale! Make me a reasonable offer!
  7. TTT, still for sale! Make me a reasonable offer!
  8. Yeah but I just got the radix and headers installed last week, and the dynatechs are brand new!
  9. See that's what I thought too, but I swear when I really get on the GO pedal the needle gets up to 6lbs. I don't know, maybe my sight is starting to go!
  10. This sytem is STILL available to anyone interested!
  11. It doesn't have to be Hooters, I just threw that one out there because I am a big fan of boobs and wings and well, when you throw a gathering of the sexiest trucks ever built into that equation, man that is my slice of Heaven!! I'm open to other suggestions...
  12. I've been wanting to arrange for a SSS.com VA members meet for a long time, but scheduling conflicts with my job (GO NAVY!) have prevented me from doing so in the past...I was deployed overseas a LOT in the last 18 months, so it hasn't been easy finding the time or the decent weather to do this! But anyways, I'd like to get something going for next month (May) and my idea is a "meet, greet and eat" @ HOOTERS on N. Military Highway in Norfolk towards the end of the month. There is a Wal-Mart right there who's parking lot is always empty in the vicinity of the Hooters and that would give us a great place to all park our trucks together for pictures and a little "show n' shine." Plus starting the planning now should give people sufficient time to incorporate it into their schedules and for us to get an exact date pinned down so I can warn Hooters ahead of time to be expecting a party of "X" amount of people. And if others from further away want to join they certainly can, the more the merrier!!! So, I need suggestions for a date and time that will work for everyone and also feedback from all those who would attend! And if June ends up being better for everyone, so be it...but lets get that figured out now So with all of that said, my suggestions are: Friday, May 25th @ 6:00pm OR Saturday, May 26th @ 1:00pm
  13. I bought this box because I needed the '04+ style fuel manifold and in-tank fuel pump, so those are the only two items this box will NOT come with. Everything else you need to install a Radix is in here, all sealed in the original packaging. I had to pay $2310.00 for the whole box, but since it doesn't have the fuel manifold and pump, I'm selling it for only $1900 shipped (+3% paypal fees). I will even throw in a Magnuson Boost/Vac gauge w/ A-piller pod as an added bonus! Serious inquiries can PM me for pics!
  14. JEGS and Summit Racing both carry the walbro pumps. I'm not 100% on this, but I believe the in-tank replacement pump kit you want is the GSS340...
  15. I know my feet are hideous! I didn't even realize one of them had made it into that pic until you just pointed it out! I do agree with you that the headers are GORGEOUS! Thanks for the hook up on them!! I'm still trying to find a local shop that has an AWD dyno that can handle a truck wheelbase, but I'll keep you posted when I do!
  16. I just finished installing Autometer electric Boost/Vac and Fuel Pressure gauges and I took the SS out for a test drive to see what kind of readings I'm getting. I don't have any prior experience with an F/I setup so I want to be sure that my readings are "normal." Here's what I'm seeing: At Idle: 16 Vac on the boost gauge, 61 PSI on the fuel pressure gauge At 65mph cruising: 10 Vac, 60 PSI fuel pressure At part throttle (accelerating from 65mph to 75mph) 0 Boost/Vac, 60 PSI fuel pressure At WOT (60mph to 80mph blast) 6 lbs. of Boost, 55-56 PSI fuel pressure Decceleration (65mph down to 35mph @ the off ramp) 19 Vac, 60 PSI fuel pressure Do those readings sound ok?
  17. Yes Deal! PM sent! Sorry man, no one paid any attention when I first posted this for sale so I starting parting the stuff out to get rid of it. Only reason I've held onto the stuff I still have for this long is because a friend of mine said he wanted it, but he just back out on me, so now I'm trying to sell it on here again
  18. I STILL have this Xbox 360 "Premium" version (comes with 20 gig harddrive, wireless controller, wired head set, component video cables, Xbox Live starter kit) for sale if anyone's interested. Most of the extras are sold, but the system will come with the following: an extra wireless controller (also sealed NIB!), a custom backpack for transporting the system, Gears of War (I will also include strategy guides for Gears of War!). Just take a look at the pick in the first post to see what everything looks like! All of this stuff is practically brand new, only used a few times. This is a great deal for anyone in the market for a new gaming system... Receipts total over $600 for everything here. I would like to get $350 shipped...if interested PM me or shoot me an email [email protected]
  19. Same here! But I'll need the full A-pillar replacement with the dual pod, b/c I'm gonna throw an AEM Wideband O2 sensor gauge in the other slot!
  20. Wow, thanks for all the compliments guys, I really appreciate it! To be perfectly honest, this was my first time doing something like this!! It really wasn't that hard, just took my time and didn't settle for anything less than the best I felt I was capable of... I regret that I didn't make a "how to" out of this project, but I did it at work and I didn't have my digital camera with me. If anyone needs pointers on how to duplicate what I did, don't hesitate to ask!
  21. I have a factory sunroof in my SSS and I wanted to get the SoCalDiesel gauge pod, but it doesn't fit the smaller console that the sunroof trucks are equipped with. So I decided to modify my console to accept the SoCalDiesel gauge pod and, after some bondo fiberglass body repair and body filler, a lot of sanding and shaping and several coats of auto primer/scratch filler, here's what I ended up with (keep in mind it still needs to be painted with auto interior trim paint for the perfect color match!):
