  1. Danny, I'm looking at 3500 for all 4 without tires. And for that price I'm not putting cheap tires on ... I'm bout 98% on my selection, and chrome is out and painted ain't doing it for me. There is something to be said about billet...
  2. Anyone running billet wheels? Polished? I'm looking at some custom wheels, and wondering if you noticed the weight savings in acceleration and braking? The wheels in question will be 29lbs each in a 22x10. Let me know, post pics if you have EM... I've talked to the manufacturer and he is willing to do what I'm asking, but at 1000$ a corner, they won't be cheap... Add tires and this isn't a knee jerk decision. Thanks for the help
  3. What an amazing build! There are some badass fabricators on this site! I'd love to get the best of us together and see what we could do on a full frame off on a silverado ss! Make it PERFECT in every respect of the word! Danny, AMAZING WORK!!
  4. At the fuse box, drivers side, 12 gauge pink wire under the fuses.
  5. Yeah. I'm done with Verizon soon as I can get out!!
  6. Awesome! I've text you a few times.
  7. No up down control. Not sure if I could get more made. I'd have to "gauge" Interest and check with my machine shop on pricing and time frame. I paid for set up time and 2 sets to be made. If enough people show interest I could entertain the idea
  8. Still works. Vents flow fine. And yes, still pivot left to right as well
  9. With my pillar full, and looking to add a good visual area for running left and right wide band 02 sensors, I came up with these. They are CNC machined out of aluminum, and powder coated with a factory like texture, and slotted to replicate the gauge vents. I like how they came out. Took some planning and time to have them made. Whatcha all think? Be honest.
  10. Problem internally on alternator when you had it powder coated. Assembled wrong. Or out put lead of alternator is grounded somewbere
  11. I did this a few years back. Did route 2. Alot of fun. It's a nice laid back cruise thru great fall colors. Bring your camera! Hope to see ya there!!
  12. Yup! All bolt point need clean metal. That's the ground point reference for the alternator
  13. Here. My first time submitting for any calendar. Will this make it into print??
  14. Can't wait to hear it Sunday! Nice work
  15. I have an aftermarket Sirius tuner with cable. Not sure of its what you are looking for. No antenna. Just tuner and cable
  16. Gauge pod on pillar, custom gauge pod in vents for wide bands, red led back lighting, and I think that may be it
  17. It was plexi. Right now it's wide open. Hood needs repainted. Then gonna do mesh in there. Like the street scenes race mesh grill
  18. Thanks for the props guys! Just bringin the old truck back to its prime. If you want more info or pics, I can provide them. Don't wanna overload the site if not needed
  19. I'd you think about it, 60# injectors at 128% duty at 5500rpm. If I buy 80's ill be right at their limits immediately and still not at the cams real limit of 6500rpm. And that's not including putting on the 3.4" pulley, or maybe e85 if I feel froggy. So yeah, not gonna waste money on 80's either
