Hey! I'm pretty dead set on the innovate mtx-L widebands... 2 quesions, anyone use these? And have pics of them installed? And is there any downfall to running dual widebands, one in each bank? Thanks guys!!

They're still at the coaters. I put a hold on them as my catch can should be here and I need that coated too. Also my SS sill plates... Man this shits addicting!

Hey guys. Looking for a clock spring for my SS. Steering wheel was spun too many times while my motor was out. Not wanting to pay dealer pricing that's for sure... Anyone?

I'm south west of the cities about 30 mins Car craft is SICK! Also in August there is a decent show near me for the car club twisted concepts. I'm thinking bout trying to have a meet sometime this summer. Bir would be fun for sure Brandon, I just deleted it, so you're clear for now. ;)

Here are some pics for ya all. Danny are decent, and seem to be on the right track. cant wait to drive the truck, confidently, for the first time in nearly 2.5 years.

so i have been BUGGED, and nearly bribed to post this up. First off, when i lived in Jersey,WhiSSle wasnt right. she was pig rich at idle to the point it would burn my eyes. We moved to Minnesota with her on a trailer, and a hopeful new start. On a plan to keep the 6.0 Liter and raise the boost to nearly 20lbs, off the motor went to be gone through. come to find out, 3 cam lobes, an 3 bent push rods and the truck still ran a 12.6 in the quarter mile. not bad for a bunk motor in full street trim. after reinstaling this motor, and giving her nearly 50 miles on the clock, somthin wasnt right. come to find out, the valve springs were installed totally wrong and the "new" motor was a mess. Off to TPiS, the motor went for the 408 stroker, with boost. 10:5/1 compression, Compstar rods and crank, mahle pistons, LEPerformance cam, LS7 lifters, hardened pushrods, Lingenfelter CNC 317 heads, and all the trimmings. with 10 pounds of boost, and severe belt slippage at 5700 rpms she laid down 794.6 Hp and 763TQ at 5000rpms I know there is more in her, at higher RPMs as I was out of fuel (18% duty cycle on the injectors) and an 8 rub set up is needed. I will post pics of the motor as I get them uploaded. amongst other things, i did ALOT of polished stuff, snake skin loom on all of the hoses and lines, ceramic chrome coating on the exhaust all the way to the tips, 3 batteries under the hood, and rerouting of some different things. I will get pics like i said, enjoy, and ask away with any questions and make any suggestions please. I am always open for a new set of eyes, and opinions. I wont take offense, just be the same if i dont like your ideas.

As soon as I have a finished set in my hands. The CNC shop is making the proto types and then off to polish or powder coat. Mine will be powdercoated. Ill have the option of polished if there is a call for it.

That was my pic for the wheels he wanted Truck has been shaved and repainted since that photo shoot. She's now sporting a 408 instead of the 6liter. A few interior differences. A few bed differences. Different wheels. Alot cleaner under the hood, with more polished shit. Also working on some gauge pods I might be able to offer the site once completed.

Ill see what's up. I've been all over. Trucks still with me. Can't wait till snow to leave and finally have some fun with her. After my 3 year hiatus.

slowly but surely i have been browsing on the site. nothing major. just seeing who is here and who is gone. glad to see some of the old guys are still around. I still have whiSSle and have made some fun changes. some major, some minor. so do i return, do i stay clear, or do i just lurk and see whats new?
