that part does not come out easily on your doors. the only problem is that you have to send you headliner to me.. it takes the guy about 2 days to do it all and i will give you my cost on the headliner. you will have to paint your handels and all the plastic to match and I can get you that paint too. let me know....

there was no seams in the headliner. it was about 2 inches to short when they started and they steamed it to get it to stretch. yes it does show everything, but I love it!!!!

the headliner cost about 400 bucks with the suede. thats including the visors and the back seat being done as well. yes that is a screen in the cubby, I also vinyled that to match. it is an Alpine 5.8 inch. same as the headrest screens.

Yes, that is a huge B!tC& no matter how you look at it, but if you look close her feet are about 8 inches higher than everyone elses. she is standing on something. again no matter what way you cut it, she is an Amazon! definatly someone I would want on my side in a fight, but not in the bedroom, to each his own tho, or her own.... whichever way she swings!

I have 4 8's under my back seat, will the w7's fit, yeah I am sure they will with the right installer and the right check book. can you do better for the money, I am sure of that too. people have their opinions, but its your ears, your money and your truck, so do as you wish. yes you can keep them as long as you buy a new unit with a remote control. if you need one let me know, I have them I can sell...

did they gove you the "jumper" harness that plugs into the factory harness to fool the computer to think it has an alternator there? also I had to solder in a 1K ohm resistor to my computer lead. call them and they should be able to help you out.

With 2800-watts you could put those woofers in .5 cu.ft. @ and it would still sound good. Mr. P. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> what does wattage have to do with box sq? the box needs to be built right in order to sound good, please do explain, I am lost!

Sounds like you have done your research. you are right in the respect of the steering wheel controls. also if you go with the Polk speakers, which I love by the way, teh 6.5 oversize are the ones you want, the make 2 different 6.5's make sure to get the oversize. You will be completely happy with Polk speakers. let us know what you decide. as for the door lock interface, that is for alarms and starters. and you will need the other 2 parts that youmentioned to put in the radio, on the chime module I highly recomend putting piece of tape over the hole for the speaker on it, its really loud.! good luck

you use the joystick on the remote and pic your letters, its not too bad once you get the hang of it. also you can pluc in yoru favorite lacations and plan a trip if you wish, also use different route plans.

the 580 screen is 5.8 inch. to some its small but it goes perfect on my over head pocket. I have to get my pics to ThePDB on here and he will post them. as for the Nav, it works well. I dont travel out of the midwext much but it seems to work really well. the only complaint I have is if you type in your address and once you get within a few blocks in a residentual area, it will say "you are in the vicinity of your destination" and you are on your own. also in crowded tree cover it tends to be a lil slow to keep up. but no biggy there. I always have about 7 satellites on me at all times so it knows where I am. If you have any quesions let me know.

I have one on my Alpine TME-M580 screen and love it!!!! you can put the antenna behind your A pillar interior panel and it works fine, no routing to the outside of the truck!

Which department is it from??? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Peel and seal can be had at the Gannon roofing store here in DM. here is the problem with it, IT STINKS!!!!!!!!!!! it literally smells terrible for months after it gets hot and it falls off after time, to get the full effect of deadening from it you need 2 or more layers, when checkin the cost on it this way it evens out. I do have a question for you VIP, what shop here in DM told you that? I would love to know....

Yes I do have AWD and the mileage was about 11 on the highway. not bad considering I traded a Durango for the SS and that got 12MPG unloaded.!

So I get this call from a friend. he wants to re-roof his house and needs new shingles and finds this killer deal bout 60 miles outta town. So if course I have the truck and trailer. who does he call? yep, ME! we drive on out and load up the trailer. over 8000lbs of roofing on TOP of my 1800lb trailer!!!! while loading the trailer with the fork lift and pushing 3 pallets onto my flatbed the rear wheels of the truck were off the ground!!!! Now I be no means beat my truck but I was impressed. so once loaded we took off for home I do have to say once the load was level and we hit the highway the SS came thru with flying colors! even my ford loving buddy was surprised!!! just wanted to share with you all. I wish I woulda got pics. maybe next time.

I think that I may have said it wrong in my previous post, I have the factory speakers run off the bose amp, and do have a cap installed going to the amp for the subs. I apologize for miswording that. If it was the wiring I would assume that all the door speakers would do this and not just the rear 2. maybe I'll have some time to head back there yet again soon and see what they say again. Thanks again for your replies. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> sounds to me like a bad interface between the new deck and the bose amp. best way to get rid of it is new speakers in all locations and new speaker leads to them speakers right from the deck. you will lose your onstar tho. good luck and let us know what you found out. again this is an analysis from your description here in the net, if I could hear the problem I could help you out more.
