I looked at an Escalade ESV (Suburban) and it was 71K and some change.

Out of 6200 bridges in Texas they say that 3% are deficient. Not too bad, but we don't have the elements that you have up north. Snow, road salt, ect. Plus, most of ours are concrete supports. Beurocratic red tape is about par. Seems that they would put a higher priority on some thing like this considering the consequences.

It's definitely time consuming, but the results are great, imo. Like SS Silv said, the ZFX allows you to do multiple coats back to back, and you can leave it on without fear of hurting the paint. It just so much easier to apply and remove than any other polish/wax I've ever used. Btw, we need pics.

Gear whine/whistle. Usually starts at a certain speed and gets worse the faster you go. It way start at hiway speeds, 55-60, and as it worstens the speed gets lower. Noise starts at 50,40,35, ect.

Dude, that's pretty cool. Way more than I would ever need, though. I'd have a hard time figuring out how to turn it on.

Sorry about the bad luck. Seems like it wouldn't be that difficult to park, but I guess if you have your head somewhere else, it is. I'd be afraid to get a roll pan. The damage would be worse.

I'm not a big fan of Continental tires. I worked at a Lincoln-Mercury dealer when the Navigator first came out, and the factory tires were Continentals. They sucked back then.
