  1. if the ants are confined pretty much to the truck, should take a few hours for the ants to get into the traps and disperse the poison back out among them. Most should be dead by morning if you do it the day/night before.
  2. why not just ant trap the crap out of it. Should kill them off fairly quick and this way you don't have to worry about jacking up the interior using the bombs.....
  3. Not sure about black lugs as they go with the Allen head type studs between each spoke.
  4. Yeah, I plan on finally tinting the tails and 3rd brake light as well. I have been on the look out for a spare set of tails locally so i can do them and still have the originals. CHASE: Dunes might have to wait till xmas time or so. I will be back east for Thanksgiving and not sure if there are any other long weekends between now and xmas. Did you sell the shee yet or what?
  5. I will be getting more shots of the wheels but here is a tast. After 5yrs of Chrome I am tired of it and I needed new tires anyway. I decided to scrap buying new tires for the wheels I had on there and just buy a complete set ready to go. Actually cost me less this way. Anyhow here is a taste. Lorenzo 17 22x9 wheels with 305/40/22 After Thanksgiving this ol gal will finally be getting a drop. I just need to decide how low and what parts I want to use for this.
  6. Not I but there are a bunch of SS's in this area.
  7. zippy, you gotta work weekends? I thought I saw your single cab at ADS on Sat when i drover by...... You still have the single cab right? On a side note, now that your in AZ does that mean zippy events will be in the future?
  8. Back in June I had the rear on my truck go out, while it was at the dealer they recommended an alignment after all said and done. I have put maybe 3000 miles on the truck since then and I had a look at my wheels today and my damn front tires tread is so friggin low the cords are stating to come through. I need to replace the front tires ASAP before something bad happens. My rear wheels and tires are still 75% plus. Do I have any leg room here with the dealer since there is obviously something wrong with the set-up they did? If I would of just left the damn truck as it was with no alignment I would have a lot more time with these front tires. Also since they are 22's I either need to buy two of the same brand for up front or just go four new all around in a different brand and either way its going to $400+ out of pocket..
  9. Where you guys keeping everything if your in an apartment? There are so many houses down this way cheap to rent or buy you can get a 3car set-up for almost peanuts.
  10. So how long do you plan on staying in AZ? Think this will be your new homeland?
  11. Your about 5min from me, welcome to the area and to bad you didn't mention moving sooner. Could of got ya a hell of a deal on a Penske Truck. Hopefully I will see you guys around, there are some pretty cool joints around here to eat and grab a drink.

  13. Congrats and I like the name. Is there any reason behind the middle name?
  14. Hmm, when is your bday and as for vegas I did already schedule off of work 2days before that to give me an extra long weekend
  15. Cute lil pup, have fun cleaning up all the dookie for the first couple months. As for getting his sister, it can be good and bad. It will give him some way to burn off energy romping around with her but it can also be bad if they decide to fight a lot since they are bro/sis. I seriously thought you had a kid and was like "damn he never mentioned it" Good luck Bro-Chacho
  16. I like that a lot, I would rock it like that

  18. sweet XD, sold my xd45 for a g30sf.
  19. not a bad idea, Im game
  20. First I would like to say I would of loved to see you drive a Uhaul, Budget or Penske truck like that with your truck in the box of it 1500 miles and see what happens. Since I work in the industry and have personally seen people short cut it and try to make this work the aftermath has always been about $6k worth of damage to the rental unit plus a totaled ride for the owner. Trucks like penske's and budgets can't hold the weight safely of a vehicle in the box let alone there is no way to even securely lock the truck down in the back. It may seem like its secured great but the platforms are not meant to lock down 5,000lbs of automobile and keep it secured to the floor without moving over time. Chances are your truck would of ended up out the side of the box taking everything with it. I also know no car hauler or tow dolly from any of the rental companies would of worked either. With that said, after seeing you made it to your destination what was the final decision. Did you buy a trailer and pull it with the SS? Thats what I ended up doing to make things easier and cheaper. Prob would of been your easiest bet with this trip..... Sorry for the rant, i deal with this shit everyday and the customers never understand why they are liable for repair costs.
  21. thats actually a pretty cheap price for that unit, just stay away from Axxes, units, they are junk. I been through three of them now and still have issues with it. On hot days it fluctuates the radio volume up and down when I hit bumps, sometimes theres engine wine and other times there is not (my grounds are solid and system is ran on opposite sides), the RCA wires for the harness are extremely thin and tend to tear, IMO JUNK!
  22. dude, really? Selling it already
