Yeah,The factory alarm doesn't do anything unless the doors are opened,what kind of alarm is that . Dude don't put razor blades behind your radio the theif could sue you and the razors might cause some interference with sound quality

I'm pretty positive that it is the deluxe kit cause when i wasn't sure what i was gonna do about my tire rubbing issue the shop that installed the kit mentioned raiseing the rear and turning the torsion bars so the truck would set higher, and hopefully end the rub rub . So if i did raise the rear back up would i need a shim with less degree, even though raising the truck would blow! Thanks guys, its great theirs people out there hard at trying to find solutions to alot of peoples problems then shareing what you've discoverd. FreekenAwesome

The more i read these posts about the mcghauy drop kit the more frustratred i'm getting. Just had one of there kits installed two weeks ago and a couple days after i had it i noticed when i hit the gas after 65mph and well past 80mph i get this awful vibration and shimmering all through what feels like the center of the truck. Then it seems to go away when i let off and resume cruising speed (70-72mph) what gives? Can anything be done about it besides what Mr.P is doing, maybe a different way to drop the rear? Man this upsets me, i don't want my truck vibrating apart every time i lay into it.

Hey just wondering How many hours and how many miles everyones display shows. I've got 1862.4 hrs and 57885 miles. Just curious, kind of reminds me of the hour meters on the tractors from when i was a kid, pretty cool feature i think! Man come to think of it 1862 hours in the truck that seems like a long time,wait a minute that is a long time, 77.5 days

What i don't like about the monroes is they seem to be too soft and cushiony, i am think i got used to them and i am still using them>. although still think i should of just put stockers back on, i think they were more controlled for the way our trucks are set up. of course now i have that blasted mcghauydrop kit (oops can i say that?) and wish i had something stiffer yet, any suggestions?
