The side shots with the ss emblems looked like it was lowered, then it looked closer at the first picture and now it looks levelled

Yes the programmer is VIN locked. The unit needs to be sent back to hypertech to be reprogrammed for your Vin. The cost is $200 to get programmed plus shipping.

I didn't know the main grilles were transferable otherwise I never would have sold the bumper grilles. Crap! Want to trade? Haha

Welcome to the forum, post some pictures of your truck!

HP Tuners or EFI Live. You could always download the tune file and post it in the HPT or EFI Live forums. OR even send it to one of the tuners here. I know Blackbear does AutoCal tunes, where he sends you an AutoCal, you download the tune file and do logging, he adjusts your tune and ends it back. This is what I did on my 06 with good results except I bought the V2. I'm not sure how this would work though considering g it's a swap and you need to purchase the vin to tune.
