  1. OK, am I the only one here that has heard enough of this? This is not life and death ---it's hobbyist/enthusiast internet site for Pete's sake. If this guy want's to leave the site, so be it, if he want's to stay, great. Like someone just mentioned, you don't have to read the posts on here, and If you don't like what somebody says then so what? All this hoopla is becoming hilariously ridiculous about one guy telling the world he leaving a website. If someone totally disagrees with what I just said, then so be it, I certainly won't go ballistic over it.
  2. I did mine with a silver paint pen with the headrests on the seats about a year ago. No problems so far.
  3. Former football coach, I now teach high school AP U.S. History. This year makes 33, and I'm just waiting until the day comes when I don't want to do it anymore.
  4. $65.00 shipped. Thanks for your response.
  5. A big thanks to Tzer for getting my pictures uploaded for my for sale post. I was really frustrated.

  7. Thanks, Tzer!! That has really been frustrating today!
  8. Sorry, still can't get pictures on here, and my cell pictures are not good enough. I don't know what else to try ---I'm not very good at this stuff anyway.

    Help!

I posted items for sale today on the site. I cannot get my pictures to upload. I have them in a photobucket folder --I've tried over and over with no success. How do I get the pictures to the site or my post? Very frustrated, and thanks for any help.
  11. I've tried again to get the pictures to load with no success, I'll keep trying. If not, I can try to send pics as a text if you don't mind.
  12. The Gibbs spoiler is very good, I just took it off my truck about a month ago when I replaced it with an ISS spoiler. The srock spoiler is good with a few slight scuffs.

  14. That is one of the many reasons GM and other mfgs. have been hitting rock bottom ---- the insulting ways of treating customers. And just think, the tax payers (customers) bailed them out so they could continue with that same old mindset. It's disgusting.
  15. Looks very nice, and is that an F-150 converted to an SS?
  16. I like them all, I wish GM would have tweaked the emblems on the SSS not to look so similar to two 5s though.
  17. I know someone experiencing a similar problem on a GMC suburban. The dealership told her about the cost to fix it and then told her before attempting to crank it, depress the accelerator down and back up slowly and then crank it. It has worked everytime for her since doing that.
  18. The oversized round lights don't go with the lines of the truck IMO. I think if you got rid of them it would look much better.
  19. That is an amazing two-tone paint scheme. Very very nice.
  20. I am finally getting around to mounting the Intimidator spoiler on my truck. I have the main spoiler already mounted, and plan to attach the end caps tomorrow. I'm really starting to get a little nervous about getting the hole placement correct. I have the brackets and template supplied by SS Impersonator (Carl), but I'm still a little concerned about getting the template in the right spot to mark off the holes to drill in the bed rails. Does anyone have any tips on doing this? I'm assuming the holes are larger than the bolts to allow for adjustment up & down and side to side. Anyone have any pictures of the end cap installation? Thanks!
  21. Does anyone have the part # for the GM CAI air filter for the SS? Thanks
  22. I expeienced this when I replaced my stock wheels with my current American Racing Torque Thurst 2s on the original Goodyear tires. I replaced the Goodyears at 20,000 miles with Pireli Scorpion ATR tires and have not had the shimming since. They told me at the tire shop they had replaced several sets of Goodyear Eagle LS tires which went out of true round after 10-15,000 miles.
