here are some pictures I took today, Just a hint of red through the grill Ricks injector driver, if you take the cover off there are LED lights that light up when the injectors fire, kinda neat if you have a problem you can see if an injector is firing or not Rick just got done backing it out under its own power

yep, you just need to get a new input Gear in the Transfer case for the 4L80 160.00 dollars Or you can get a different Transmission Shaft, Chuck from FLT recommended to do the Input gear on the NVG 149 because it is stronger. Mark

There are many AWD dyno's in my area but none will fit my wheel base, So when you do call them for info make sure you know there max wheel base on their dyno. I would hate for there to be a misunderstanding, and have a bunch of people drive there and than they figure out your trucks won't fit. Mark

Drivetrain Loss Percentage For Awd Ss
2004Denali replied to supraman's topic in AWD, Differential, & Transmission Tech
I was going to say at least 30% loss. But 35% sounds right also my truck was rated at 345 engine HP Dyno'd stock at 230 AWD HP -
I can recommend FTL based on the customer service and track record, They built Parish's tranny and it has held up to hundreds of 1/4 mile passes. shouldn't be to much longer for mine to fire up. Right now Rick is working on swapping out my AWD T-case for a Two wheel drive unit so he can get it on His dyno, the AWD T-case will be going back in after it is tuned. Mark

I am not saying people haven't pulled their front shaft without any immediate problems, or problems in the next 10,000 or 20,000 miles, but nobody knows for sure the long term affect it has on the Transfer case.
