Its boils down to preference, when I had a cai and 165°stat I had black bear do a tune and it was a night and day difference I have recently had Zippy tune my truck because I bought a cam from him and the truck seems to run strong. I ran my Maggie on my truck for a few years with a stock trans and have about a dozen 1/4 mile runs on it.As long as you don't beat the trans it will hold up, I believe one member has over 100k miles on his as with a Maggie and stock trans. Sent from my DROID BIONIC using Tapatalk 2

I have to update my garage but right now the motor is stock except for a maggie 112,j-tube 2.9 pulley and 90mm t-body and volant cold air and Krambo tune. Next weekend we install my Zippy cam,Deka tall 60lb injectors and Zippy spec'd springs and crank pin kit along with a 2.8 pulley. Then maybe a few more little things later this year.
