Figured out the problem, there ate recesses in the upper grill to allow it to almost sit in the factory grill which in turn allows the stainless grill to sit flat and flush with the hood. Sent from my DROID BIONIC using Tapatalk 2

Yeah mine sticks out that much were the hood meets the top of the grill so with the hood shut you see about 1/2 inch of the top of the grill.Personally I thought it would sit flush.I will post a pic when I get a chance. Sent from my DROID BIONIC using Tapatalk 2

I dont kmow about whining but when you drive and turn the wheel hard you might hear a popping noise like a rapid fire cap gun but thats only if the boot was leaking for a long time and dirt got omto the bearings.The axles are easy to replace but if you catch the leak in time you should be able to buy a new boot and grease for the axle shaft, clean the bearings, pack with grease and pop the new boot on. That doesnt mean something is broken, if the boots crack they sling grease all over, the grease lubes your bearings in the cv shaft. Sent from my DROID BIONIC using Tapatalk 2
