  2. It is carbon fiber so if it didn't fit perfectly you could probably trim it yourself.
  3. I found them a few weeks ago and have sent them like 3 emails about the same thing, and have heard nothing back! Oh well, I am very interested and you can count me in as long as the price isn't rediculous. I've seen a Joe Gibbs window sticker with the cover listed as an option for right around $360.
  4. Do you have any idea of how long it was used, few months, years? I basically am just trying to see if its closer to the end of it's life.

  6. i've got the Belltech Street Performance and love them....but i like a firm ride for handling peroformance....probably not the way you would want to go for "comfort". Shocks should generally be replaced around 30-50k, depending on driving style and road conditions.
  7. It should be an SS....then "N" in the vin is the LQ9 6.0L which is the correct engine for an SS all other 6.0L options were the LQ4 versions....the "K" in the vin is for 4wd and awd, which is probably why the carfax says what it does

    Re-flash BCM ,add temp sensors for zoning in the duct work. Change the blower control module on the HVAC case, find a wrecked truck to dig a harness out of then sort out the needed HVAC wiring according to the diagrams and transfer, modify to your existing harness.
  9. I have the Bassani's on my truck and love them! The look and sound great, build is awesome, they are ceramic coated and so far it is holding up perfectly. I had a shop install them because I didn't want to try to pull the stock manifolds off in my driveway (befor I bought my air compressor), but the told me the install was extremely easy compared to some others they had done in the past, and that it only took them about an hour and a half to two hours to due.
  10. I have the system on my truck w/the safe injection. I can't answer as to the amount of HP gain or timing that will be increased because I didn't do my tune, but i do know that its a quite noticable difference. You will need another custom tune to get any gains out of it. It's extremely safe with a good tune especially if you are fore inducted, it will acutally be safer than not having it due to the lower IAT's wich will help prevent detonation. I have the safe injection just in case I were to run out of fluid while driving or if something in the system were to fail, ie pump, as it will automatically trigger the solenoid and bleed off excess boost. From what I have read you there are gains to be had if you are naturally aspirated, but not as large as the gains from force inducted engines. Great customer service at snow if you run in to any problems during install or problems. I had a sticking low level sensor and they sent me a new one so i wouldn't have any downtime while sending the defective one back.

Just throwing this out there....I am also lookin for one, I found an old picture of one a couple days ago and it had the original manufacturer information on it so I found them on the net and shot them an email about whether or not they had any left or were willing to make more, and possibly a group buy...haven't heard back yet, but i'll post somethin up if and when I do either way.

  13. Will the calipers come loaded w/the pads and pins as shown in the pics? And are those the Baer Eradispeed plus-two rotors, and if so are you selling them too?

  16. I was lookin at doin the 90mm TB upgrade to my Maggie....J-tube, xlink and obviously the TB. However aren't we still restricted before that by the MAF, or is it already 90mm? Is there a larger MAF that guys are running if it is in fact smaller? Also what kind of gains are people seeing from this mod?

  20. not sure if where this thread really belongs...so sorry if i'm wrong putting it here. Looking to replace my alternator and trying to find out which would be the best to choose from, quility is a first priority but i want something that looks good too. i'm lookin at the stinger and the msd aps 160.....i like the msd the best so far....done some searches on here and can't seem to find anything, so does anyone have advice and or the correct p/n for either one of the 2 i'm looking at? also if someone knows of a better brand please let me know. thanks for any help
  21. clearin out my grarage....i have the complete stock air intake setup filter and all w/like 500 miles on it, set of stock spindles, stock shackels, stock silver gas cap cover, Diablo Predator programmer for an 06 SSS (already reset), and a granatelli MAF i'm takin off since the magnacharger is goin on! all of it is OBO plus actual shipping. if you need pics PM me w/an email and i'll send em off.   23. sellin the carbon fiber rad. cover, alum. bat cover, taillights or headlights? and if he decides to seperate the heat-exchangers, pulleys, or the alternator in the next few weeks let me know....
