  10. Well I called to get some info on a kenne bell s/c today. first off i wasn't that impressed with the custumor service the guy i spoke with didn't seem to know all that much, but from what i understand that's to be expected. On their website they are advertising a 2.6 intercooled s/c for the 6.0 truck, and a 2.8 for the ls1, ls2, and ls6. I first asked if the 2.8 would work for the lq9 and he said if my engine was not built up at all it would not be able to handle that big of a blower?? So then i asked him about the 2.6, the intercooled one they are advertising for on there website and he said it will be in, in the next couple of weeks, and to call back then, from what i understand another overused statement from them. Anyways I'm not set to order a s/c right away, so I will call them again when i am, if they don't have it at that point i will be getting a vortech.
  11. Thanks chase, but on the the kenne bell website the 2.6 it the largest unit available for the 6.0 truck, unless a 2.8 for a ls2 would work???? Anyone else other opinions on the kenne bell intercooled??
  12. So i searched the pages tonight so see what people thought of the kenne bell S/C, aside from most people thinking that the customer service sucks everyone complained about the fact that they didn't have an intercooler. From my understanding they have one now. Most people said that if whipple or kenne bell came out with a intercooled version it would be better then the radix due to twin scew being a better technology then the roots. So does anyone have the kenne bell intercooled?? Or does anyone know anything about the intercooled version??
  13. Well i felt really bad for a sec, now i just hate you more.. Looks very nice
  14. So i know every has there own opinion and posting this post will probably just confuse me more but i just had to . I have read a lot about the radix and i know everyone swears by them but after doing research they seem to be the least effecient, the roots type in general and i think i would be better off going with a centrifugal ie vortech because of being 2wd. But i have herd the twin screw types are very good as far as technology, but i know the whipple and kenne bell are not very good in most people opinions because of there lack a i. c. ?? how hard is it to custam an i.c. and with one will it out perform the radix?? With a good intercooler and the right tuning it seems that a twin screw would be the best type????? I've been thinkg about this a lot and i'm still a few months away from geting one?? Long post i know appreciate the input
  15. thats right down the street from my house, I'll be going next time!
