Do you have factory XM or OnStar? If you have the factory XM, look above your head, in the headliner, and there is a small vent (almost like a tweeter). There is a fan inside there, it could also be contributing to your drain. Just a thought.

will the factory player work if you didn't already have that exact kind of player? I have just a generic factory stereo, no BOSE, will it still work?

Thanks. It is TBI, and I ran some injector cleaner through it just to see if that helped, but I think I'm gonna pull them and inspect them myself. I have no cats, straight pipes out to glass packs. I cleared all codes and have drove it a couple days, and none returned yet although it is still running crappy. Thanks for the tips. Greatly appreciated.

I just bought an old xcab silverado with a 350 and it just doesn't want to idle when in gear. I think it may be the brake booster, because it seems to be worst when I step on the brakes. It had some codes I had pulled and they were like an 02 sensor, knock sensor, Throttle position sensor and Engine coolant sensor. I replaced the 02 and the TPS, which helped a little, but not completely. Could the knock sensor or coolant sensor be at fault? They are like 50 bucks each, I really don't want to experiment. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.

I dont think its wealth envy...it looks more like social responsibility. If anything i believe that instead of celebrities bringing in thier cars they should give them away to those who need. good publicity and a good thing to do. But thats just my opinion if they got money more power to them, but you have to feel a bit of guilt when you roll around in $200,000 wheels when there are people dying in your own state, of hunger. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Social responsibility is right. If someone is hungry let them work like everyone else. Since when is it someones responsibility to feed someone else. Part of societies problem today is everyone wants a handout, but are afraid to bust their ass and earn a living. Why should someone feel guilty because thay earned something from the fruits of their labor. I am not wealthy by any means. I own my own business and work on the side to feed myself, save, play etc. Its not that difficult. Yeah I was pretty pissed to fall against a Joe Gibbs. I live in a backwoods hick town, what do they really know about cars anyway. I agree about the supercharger though, everybody gets all funny inside about seein' one. My truck looked a 100 times better overall, no doubt.
