Why's he "scamming the system"? He had a wreck, she is obligated to pay for the damages if she's at fault, no matter what his chosen profession is! It's just a fluke that his family's business happens to be a body shop and he can get the work done cheap. I really doubt that the woman picked him to collide with. Did he go looking to have a wreck? Looking at his truck, somehow I doubt it.

Man that sucks. Don't pay someone else to fix that, go back. Any reputable tattooist who makes a mistake should grovel just to fix it, his work is his word and will follow him everywhere he goes. It really isn't that big of a community (the tattoo scene). I have been getting tattooed for 15 years and only had one that needed to be touched-up and the artist fixed it, then gave me another for 1/2 price. Just be honest with him, tell him how you feel and that since you are a repeat customer you expect better of him. There are a lot of hacks out there and there are a lot of times tattoo mistakes CAN'T be fixed, at least not w/o adding a lot of cheese (filler) and turning a small tattoo into a BIG tattoo. Just my .02.

yeah, tow/haul works well if you cruzin around and punch it, since it is already in a lower gear, the truck will just go instead of messin around downshifting. The only downer of tow/haul is the shift points are LLLOOOWWW! Mine shifts at 5400 in T/H and 6000 normally, which is also my redline so sometimes it hit the limiter before it shifts (i need a new tune ) I have the diablosport predator tuner, and it gives you the option of modifying the T/H mode and normal. I set mine up to shift harder and quicker in T/H, I don't tow anything so I use T/H as RACE MODE. BTW, Good Kill on the Rustang!

I can totally relate. Just last night I spent about 3 hours waxing my truck at the car wash then I left, and when I did, I mashed it a little (no spin) and ran her up to about 50, in a 35. There was this cop hiding behind the funeral home (doing what, I don't know) who lit out after me. He commences to scream at me about taking me to jail and impounding my truck, so as I will never see it again? WTF? Last I heard if your ride gets impounded, you pay the fee and haul ass? So after accusing me of hitting "70 or 80" (in about 150' might I add), he thinks I'm some punk he pulled over the other day in a Crustang. I finally explain to him I haven't been pulled over in like 3 years, so he checks and comes back to tell me he's lettin me off with a warning, but if he catches me again, I'm off to jail and he is going to "get my license pulled"! I live in a very rural OK town with about 1500 people and the cops here think that they live in South Central, always with the pulling out the piece and cussin everybody. POWER TRIPPIN MOFO'S I TELL YA!!!!

If you were pulling that shit in my neighborhood, the popo would be the least of your worries! I have kids riding bikes just like most guys here, that ain't cool! I also own a SIG SAUER .40, it makes BIG holes in sheet metal, even SS's. I have personally chased down punks racing up my street and put the fear of GOD in them (minus the SIG, although it was in the truck!). Feel lucky there wasn't an old boy like me in that neighborhood! But that's just my .02.

Sorry guys, guess I really should have been a bit more specific. I need an older model extended cab 4wd, something I can use for fishing and draggin around our motorcycles to the track or field. It's just principle man, pure and simple. I know that is a vague concept these days, but some people still have a commanding sense of it; not that you don't, but most of the powers that be today have long ago forgotten the lost art of morals and principles. I agree that it's all business, but some things should have been left alone.
