  1. The 316/341 pull was LT's, exhaust and tuning. The 371/381 pull was Heads, cam, injectors, pulleys, tuning. The power does drop off with the stock intake/tb.
  2. Window switch? What size nozzles?
  3. Smaller heads for smaller bore. I went with AFR 205's because I'm running a stock LQ9 short block and a mild cam; 210/218-.581/.581-116. You see in the dyno sheet below that I'm getting great torque under the power curve and dropping off around 5200. If someone was running a 402 or bigger, they'd need to push more fuel/air and keep making power with the 225's.
  4. Maybe a stupid question but does that wiring mod work for a GM nav head?
  5. To add the in-dash 6 disc below, which harness do I need and which wires do I tap? Thx! ps the stock nav plugged right in, had the dealer unlock it, added the antenna and it's the SHI*!
  6. Plus 4 or 5 Silvys from PTnet... I'll be at that truck stop @ 830
  7. For all of you MassPike'ers... (Rt. 90 West) Rt. 91 intersects 90 at exit 4 which is Springfield (no real area to meet at), exit 3 is Westfield, and there is a Friendly's their. Or about 10 miles west of exit 3 is the Blandford Rest Area. It is a huge Truck Stop/McDonalds/Dunkin Donuts rest area.(It is at the top of a huge hill) That may be the best place for all of you traveling the MassPike to meet at. Time: Exit 4 to NY exit B3 (Austerlitz, Rt. 22) is about 45 minutes ... Plus about another 5-10 to meet in Lebanon .... So figure on 40 mins (Generous side of Time) from Blandford to the Meeting Spot.... BTW ... I will post some more directions later, about a week from the date. Shuan <{POST_SNAPBACK}> So maybe like 8:30-8:45 at that truck stop will work.
  8. I'm rolling I90W from Worcesterish. Takes 1 hour to jct91. Anyone wanna hook up in that zone, lemme know. Zane, I'll call you bout that. Jac, can you bring even just ONE of the chix from your sig/av? And there's a dude from P.T. who does alot of tuning/builds coming.
  9. Congrats! Yours may be the one of the last SSS's built.
  10. Whichever Silverado you decide on, get the H/O 6.0 (LQ9) which only comes in the trucks you mentioned. FYI, there's a lower compression 6.0 (LQ4) out there too.
  11. Time is near... How much i$ it to run that day? There's also 2 to 4 Silverados coming over from PT.net who I race with at NED.
  12. Grille shell doesn't line up with mine... too bad, that's a sharp hood.
  13. Today I was rear ended in stop and go traffic. This total FREAKAZOID broad jumped out of her Buick sedan and starts hollaring "I stepped on the brake and the car just sped up!" I checked out my rear bumper and underneath and there was nothing more than some paint flakes from her samashed header panel. Basically, she went right under me and took it on the nose from my reciever. So I proceeded to tell her all about "Unintended acceleration" and how dangerous her vehicle is to have lurched forward like that without control! She was so GD scared, she wouldn't drive away. I just shrugged and told her it sounds like her car is very dangerous and thank G. she didn't have that happen with a pedestrian in a crosswalk I drove straight away up Main St. to the local PD to grab a report (just in case) and she still never drove away!!!
  14. Couple Silverados from PTnet (non SS) may show up too.
  15. that was weird the font thing is pretty far out
  16. I was going to buy Dynatech's because they were the only game in town although I never liked the "hump" in the design. When Pacesetter began selling the 4x4 LT's back in January, I bought them immediately just because they were 1/3 the price (coated). So far, no complaints and they're on their second set of heads.
  17. I think I might go with NOS's TB piece. I'll do some more research. Maybe I'll do a single fogger style. We'll see <{POST_SNAPBACK}> interested 2 c what u come up w
  18. What's that going to do? If I get in there, what else should I do while at it? Thanks
