I used two 3" magnaflow mufflers 12649. I put them behind pacesetters, catco high flow cats, and a magnaflow x-pipe. It make a very agressive deep tone. The Corsa systems sound to much like a motorboat IMO.

When I had my '05, I think the best thing I did to it was a 520 Chain Conversion. I dropped a tooth in the front sprocket and added 2 teeth to the rear. That made the biggest difference in quickness. I also did the speedohealer as my speedo was off quite a bit after the sprocket changes. Good looking bike though. Mine was raven black. Just sold it about 2 months ago.

Those cutouts are used if you put a Bug Deflector on it. Little plastic squares go up in them and then you screw the Bug Deflector into the plastic pieces. Jay

Nope...they won't fit. They run a 6x135 lug pattern. Our trucks are 6x139.5 (5.5). Sounds like a good deal for somebody that drives a damn Ford.

Trailblazer rims won't fit. The lug pattern is 6X5 on the Trailblazer and 6X5.5 on the Silverado.

The Headers and the tune made a world of difference! It is like a totally different truck! Like I said there is some drone in the cab, but it is a really deep sounding exhuast. The wife says it's not bad, so it must not be too bad in the cab

That is the Jet-Hot Coating. Ordered them directly from Jet-Hot.

As soon as I got the exhaust done I swapped the thermostat to a 160* and headed to Carolina Auto Masters to get her tuned. Baseline run was 299 HP and 321 Ft Lbs of Torque. The final Run was 333 HP and 353 Ft Lbs of Torque. I am very pleased with the results!

I finally got my Pacesetters installed! Used Catco High Flow 3" Cats and full 3" exhaust through Magnaflow 18" Round Mufflers turned down before the rear axle. There is definitely some drone around 2000 RPM's but not unbearable.

I can get the entire exhaust from the exhaust manifolds back. Everything behind the cats is in one piece with the exception of the tip that I had him cut off but could be easily welded back on. When you say y-pipe the only thing I can think of is the section after the muffler to the tip since that is the only place the system goes into one pipe. Please let me know what you need as soon as possible so I can get it from my buddies exhaust shop. Jay

Well I am going to have my exhaust guy scrap the stock exhaust. I will have him cut off the tip because I know people are looking for those all the time. He also has a second tip available if anybody wants it. If I don't get any offers here I will probably post the tips up on ebay. Jay

Just had my pacesetters and full 3" exhuast installed. I have a (still in one piece) stock exhaust for sale, minus the cats as they were reused on the install. This also includes the tip and exhaust manifolds. If anybody wants the full exhaust I would prefer to sell it that way. If not I will sell just the SS Tip. I noticed at my exhaust shop that he has a second tailpipe off an SS (including the Tip) sitting there. I will see if he is willing to sell it if anybody is interested. Make an offer!
