Sea foam wouldn't be a bad idea. cleaning the throttle body wouldn't hurt either. But i would definitely recommend cleaning out the Mass airflow censor. Do a search there's plenty of threads on how to do it.

I have the front most piece of cladding off the passenger side bed. Off a black 06...scratches could POSSIBLY be buffed out but most likely would be worth it to have it painted. Not too sure what these go for so entertaining all offers. THIS PIECE HERE:
