So for the last couple weeks my truck makes and annoying squeeking noise when i turn left at lower speeds. I have no idea what it might be. I took my truck to the local dealership to see what they thought and the first thing they asked me was is it a squeek or clunk, and i already got the clunk fixed. They drove my truck around a bit but of course it id not make the squeeking noise. the noise seems to get worse the more i drive the truck especially in the heat, i made to trips into the phoenix area (3 hours each way) and it was 100 plus outside so that might have something to do with it. Do you guys have any ideas?

No i dont have a scan gauge i was going from the factory gauge, normally just running around it runs a little less then 180* At the track however it kept spiking up to 210, and no matter how long i tried to let it cool down its still would not drop to normal driving temperatures, i was running the heater a little too, and that did not cool it down

So i went to Wittman Speedworld in Wittman, AZ (just outside phoenix) for the AZSRA.com show and race (Arizona Street Racers Association). I am very disappointed in my times. My personal best was 14.76@ 91.5mph, the best i could get was 15.11 @89.68mph. Now my personal best came from a track in Oregon and the weather was low 90s and it cooled off to the 80s before i left and the elevation is only 197 feet. Yesterday in Phoenix my first run was 104 outside and it only cooled off to 96 by the time i left at 9:30 and the elevation is almost 1700 feet. Please tell me the bad times are because the elevation difference and the heat and not something to do with the truck, my truck was runing about 210* all night ans i could not get it to cool down. the only thing i have done different on my truck was i removed the Flowmaster 50 Series SUV mufflers and replaced them with glass packs. here is a list of my terrible times: 15.17 @ 89.09 15.24 @ 88.72 15.43 @ 88.51 15.27 @ 88.92 15.11 @ 89.68 15.35 @ 88.83 15.26 @ 89.13 15.21 @ 88.97 Besides the terrible times, i did have fun. I got to race a bunch of ricers and i beat them all except one ( a 12 second evo does not count as a ricers). There were a bunch of 9second bikes, a million slow ricers and my personal favorite a SRT10 crew cab that claimed he could run in the 12s and the best he could get was 14.4

yeah i totally agree. buy your books on ebay or amazon, just make sure you do it far enough in advance that you have them on your first day. Keep your books too never sell them back. I was lucky and my parents paid for college, but my dad did not mind that i sold my books back in order to make a little extra cash, but he waned me that i would regret it and boy was he right, now that im in the workforce i have forgotten many things and i wish i had those books now, they would be great refferences. I agree and disagree a little with this statement. It is very important that you respect your professors, they know what they are talking about. On the other hand you do pay there salary and make sure they treat you with the respect you deserve and not some punk kid like they do in high schools. i had a few college professors that were like that, and i never let them forget who paid there salary. Another piece of advice i can give you is find out what the teacher wants you to do and do it. You need to find out what your professors morals and beliefs are and write papers accordingly. This was extremely difficult for me because i am very opinionated and strong willed, and i know my grades suffered in some cases because of it. I had one professor in college that i know for a fact graded me on my political and moral beliefs and not on the content of the paper, he did the same thing to my sister a few years earlier and a couple of buddy's of mine in college. everyone else has hit the nail right on the head, don't party too much, only on Fridays and Saturdays. show up to class on time, ask lots of questions, respect your teachers and your peers, study hard, but not to hard that you wear yourself out.

If i could meet only one celebrity in my entire life it would be him He came to my home town a few years ago to film an episode about the F-15 fighter jet, The air National Guard base in my hometown is the only f-15 fighter training school so he came there. Im sad thought that pontiac is going by by I Have an 06 G6 GTP and its a blast to drive, and the G8 is such a bad ass car i hat to see it go away. I wish they would carry the G8 over to Chevrolet or even Buick because in my opinion that Car is just as nice as any BMW, Audi, or Mercedes out there and just as quick, the holden version sells like Crazy in Australia

i try to wash and detail my truck as often as possible, i try to avoid puddles, and holes and dirt roads, im now avoiding parking next to sprinklers ( learned the hard way, read my thread about water stains lol). On the other hand its my daily driver and its still a truck so i drive it in the rain, and if i have too ill drive it on a dirt road, and go weeks without washing it i will

So i came out this morning and the sprinklers were watering the grass at my condo and my truck is covered in a gray film of hard water. I could barley see out of my windshield. I tried using windex and that did not work, then i wen to the local gas station and washing it there, and that did not work then i went to the store and bought some rainex 2in1 foaming window cleaner that is supose to remove road grime and bugs, and that did not work Does anyone know of what i can use to clean in? I need to get it off the paint too, im sure that a clay bar will work to remove it from the paint, and i know that steel wool and chrome polish will remove oxidation from windows but that could take hours. Does anyone have sugestions?
