  1. I loved Band of Brothers so Im so excited for the Pacific, it looks just as good, hope it does not disappoint
  2. crap now i need to change my shorts! If only i had an extra 62k just laying around i would be set
  3. nice, but its obvious that would happen. The SS has much more power and with the AWD no contest
  4. How old are they? Are they cheap Chinese knockoffs? Are they both not working or just one? I had mine go out and i only had them for about a year. First i had one bulb go out then the balast on the other bulb went out, so now im left with i working ballast and 1 working bulb It might just be the bulbs look at them closely the glass should be nice and clear and not be foggy looking or have any signs of burning out
  5. Nice, too bad its a dually yuck. Badass truck, i would like to see the dyno numbers to make sure that 690hp and 1000ft/lbs is right, if it is that thing would scream pretty good
  6. crap! When i was living in Oregon i was always looking for members, now your moving there and I moved to Arizona. The member TurboChevelle lives in Portland. Anyway good luck I miss Oregon. Hood river is small but nice and yeah its not really that far from the Washington members.
  7. yeah i know what you mean. I was looking at a 2wd TBSS today and the front tires were in fairly good shape but the rears were bald as can be. the dealership had to put 4 new ones on before they would even let me test drive it
  8. Well that will depend on where you live and what you use the truck for. Mine is AWD and living in Oregon it was necessary to have a AWD or 4X4 Truck because of the snow, and its nice in the rain too. Now that i live in Tucson AZ a 2wd truck would prob be just fine for me. On the other hand if you plan on racing your truck down the track, 2wd are a little faster if you get traction, the nice thing about AWD is you always have traction. Some of the fastest SS's on the forum are AWD. So ts up to you what s better for what you need
  9. I have been obsessed with this song for months now and i listen to it over and over again, i thinks its starting to piss the GF off I also like these songs alot Desolation Row- My Chemical Romance Campagne- Cavo
  10. Daniel...........not to difficult to figure out either
  11. Yeah i want red on mine, i just dont think i could do it myself. I wish i knew someone or a custom shop who could do it for me
  12. Ok Thanks guys, im sure its just the elevation just a little disappointed though. I guess i need a SC and i wont have to worry about it lol. Im actually thinking about getting my PCM re-tuned by Zippy Vegas is only 6 hours away and my sister lives there. I guaranty he can do a better job doing a street tune then any other mail order tune. There was a stock Pontiac G8 GT a the track that could only get the best of 14.4 and i know for a fact those cars stock can run mid to upper 13s so its go to be the heat and elevation, next week im going to take my GFs G6 GTP to the track and see what it can do
  13. So i took my truck out to Southwestern International Raceway here in Tucson, the weather was kinda cool for this time of year it started out at 6 o'clock it was 95* and cooled off to 85* by 9 when i left. Im angry with my times, the best i could do was 15.43@ 88.53, and I averaged 15.57@ 88.2, that is so much slower than my personal best of 14.76 @91.5 and those were close to the times i was running when the truck was stock. Now the elevation of SIR is 3075 feet so i know that can effect it, but that much? It was not really that Hot and it was only like 8% humidity, Im disappointed i could not even break into the 14s Im wondering If i should look into getting my truck re tuned? Im hoping that the Glasspacks are not effecting the performance any, does anyoe have and suggestions? Here is a list of my track experience since i got my truck Medford Oregon Stock except flowmaster 50 series muffler 1410 feet elevation, 85*-90*, No hummidity Best: 15.6@ 89.4 Woodburn Oregon K&N, 50 Series Flowmaster, 160* stat, Nelson Performance Tune 154 fee elevation, 85*-95*, Low Hummidity Avg: 14.97@ 89.8 Best: 14.76@ 91.5 Portland Oregon K&N, 50 Series Flowmaster, 160* stat, Nelson Performance Tune 29 feet elevation, 80*-85*, Med Humidity Avg: 14.88@ 90.1 Best: 14.80@ 90.25 Phoenix Arizona K&N, Dual Glasspacks, 160* stat, Nelson Performance Tune 1250 feet elevation, 95*-100*, Low Humidity Avg: 15.25@ 8.98 Best: 15.11@ 89.68 Tucson Arizona K&N, Dual Glasspacks, 160* stat, Nelson Performance Tune 3075 feet elevation, 85*-95*, Low Humidity Avg: 15.57@ 88.2 Best: 15.43@ 88.53 The only real cool thing that came out of tonight was i was working on my reaction time, i managed to get a .001, and my worst was a .13 so not to bad IMO
  14. I have 305 50 20s and i like how they look but they do rub a bit on the front wheel wells
