Plugs most guys run are factory acdelcos or ngk tr5ix or tr55ix. I would definitely give it a oil change along with a seafoam treatment. Trucks are run on timing chain which is nice. Might also want to look at the date on that battery. If its original you will want to replace it before it sh*%$ the bed on you. Good radiator flush wouldn't hurt anything and you can pop in a 160* stat when you do it. So all in all just change all the fluids and tuneup items. As far as replacement of wear parts, it just all depends. Only thing I had go out on mine since I had it in 06 was multiple wheel hubs, speed sensors, whole transmission. Got home to find out my new image dynamics component set were supposedly delivered but were not at my door step. Someone stole them. I live in a incredibly great neighborhood too. They will get replaced but it just sucks. Was planning on putting them in this weekend and doing a whole how to with deadening doors correctly and what not. Superbrightleds.com and use the vehicle finder. I know maps are 194 as are the inside door courtesy lights. The dome is a festoon and I can't remember, 4114 or something. Have you ran it longer than 5 minutes that time it happened and a little in the morning? I hit a puddle of water once and truck felt like it had no power. Kinda sputtered when I hit the gas. I even put my filter on a fan the whole night and the next morning I still had the sputter. I had to goto work so u drove my 30 minute drive and half way through the truck came back alive.
