ok heres a few pictures of it as it is right now im working on the front bumper cover from hitting a curb and also fitting and molding in the rear wing soon ill be doing the motor transplant ..............

The car already looks wild with the body mods he has had done now its time for me to make it really wild wish me luck ...............lol

not really ss related but gunna be neat when its done .....Im taking a buddys 86 nissan 300zx and taking the v6 out and replacing it with a gm crate 355 and turbo 350 gunna be a job im sure but im betting its gunna be alot of fun once im done with it ill take a few pics when i can get my cam working

id say with the GM trade mark in the mold they are OEM probly fit tight because of being new

wow its nice to be back on here ........while ive been gone or un able to get on alot has happend. ive changed jobs, sold the drag car, finally got a good motor and tranny in the stock car, and my oldest daughter was hit by a guy driving a 2007 mercedies 500sl totalling both cars. it was his second totaled car in 2 weeks and already has anouther one. i got the daughter a 2001 grandam im just glad the insurance payed off the montycarlo and had some money left over. wow what a last few weeks it has been here .......whats been going on here ive missed alot im betting for sure .............Dale

That pic was 2 weeks ago i had to pull off in feature due to packing right rear full of dirt in turn one running second. last week i finished 6th in my heat. second in the semi feature and 10th in the feature. not the best night but i finished all my races without pulling off. hope to do better tonight c ya all later Dale

went racing again saturday. started front row outside of my heat and lead it from the start for the win. started outside front row of the feature. and was running second when i hit the cushion and packed the right rear full of dirt. and had to pull of causing me to finish 15th. not a bad night for a new car built in 2 months in my garage. and only the second night in it. oh and its still straight and only has a tire donut in the drivers door from the heat race. hopefully more wins to come before the end of the season .............

well i always say "your not at a real race unless you have dirt in your beer "....the motor is a 350 .30 over with 225 dome pistons just a baby motor and the car is an 88 monty with a 9 inch ford rear end

humm new one on me thats the presure port so it must be ok the oil port on the big block is down just above the oil filter if i rember right thats where everyone o know puts ther presure guage on them anyway and on the small block its on the rear behind the intake so looks like that would be it for the big block just above the filter for sure

All of the oil temp guages i have ever used or seen are supposed to be placed in the oil pan where the probe is allowed to be submerged in the oil not under presure any of the places in the block will be oil passages that are under presure and you dont want to block thouse with a guage fitting unless it is for presure ...............

i run at Lincolin park speedway in putnamville Indiana its half way between Terre Haute and Indy on u.s. 40 just before Greencastle ............the race track is the biggest thing in that town ...............lol

with a couple of small changes i can run imca street stock but am running what they call bomber at my track ...............

Well not such a good night. car was loose comming out of the corners in hot laps and in the heat race. and after spinning in the heat i noticed a miss in the motor. so insted of tearing stuff up i pulled off and loaded it up. this morning i found that the rocker nuts are backing off so ill put my poly locks on for next weekend and go from there. the good news is the car only got a little dirty and that is it. so i was kinda lucky not to get it all banged up the first night out .................

ok here it is all loaded and ready to go racing tonight tell me what ya all think of it ....................

yes the s-10 front end parts fit as far as a-frames, spindles, tie rods, and stuff like that.

no the shocks usually mount inside the lower control arm and frame. we mount the racing shocks to the lower control arm and upper cage rail to help with changing and to get better travel out of them.yes that hole is where the sway bar is supposed to be but on dirt there is no need for it.

got the paint on the car last night here are a few pics of it this morning ........lettering is in progress of being made .............

Well my wife has put up with me 4 years as of today being married. even though we got together oct of 97. wow she is a verry special lady for sure. and im verry lucky myself to have her.
