I have done the diode method on quite a few trucks, works on all except 1. My 2007 Sierra classic. mod works perfect in the garage, but as soon as you start driving down the road, when you try switching back from highs(all on) to lows, the highs stay on. I can pull over, pop out the diode, and everything will work normally. Anyone ever had this issue before?

well i never updated the new price. my price was $7,000, but it needs a new windshield, I hate to spend money for something that i never drive. so its $6750 as it or $7,000 if i have a new windshield put in. It had a small chip in the upper right corner that cracked over the winter i guess. can still be driven not in your line of site but it will need replaced Someone must want this for $7,000!
