To be honest... I always wear mine... so its no big deal IMO. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> We have the same thing here in Texas....i have been pulled over twice and received 2 tickets just for not having my seat belt on. I have now got to where i put mine on everytime i get inside the vehicle....not because I want to just because i don't want another ticket....it's bullshit! I hate this new ****ing law!! It's just another excuse for cops to f*ck with people.... it's total BS!!! Alright, sorry for the rant, but i totally don't agree with this at all!!! mr breze Posted January 20, 2006 Report Share Posted January 20, 2006 South Carolina has "Click it or ticket" also, and the fines for seatbelt violations are $25 if you're pulled for another offense, and $50 for being pulled for just the seat belt violation.
