SS_bnoon_SS
good lord someones dad would have been laid the **** out if he came across me like that....<{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm with you there brother! I'm all for being civil when someone's all talk (usually I just end up laughing at them), but if someone touches me, IT'S ON! Especially if I was fresh off of a motorcycle and still wearing a full face brain bucket, LOL! Blur, you should have a BBQ for local SSS.com members and have a good old fashioned bitch session while talking about our favorite trucks. I know it would help me out if I were in that situation. Wish I could be there for you to share a beer and a bitch or two myself. Keep the head up man, you're doing great so far!
Xero
good lord someones dad would have been laid the **** out if he came across me like that....man what a bunch of pricks!!! good luck witheverything! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't like it when people touch me...period. tho. I would have laid her dads ass out and walked away laughing Being through my parents divorce I've come to realize one thing. Don't drown yourself in your sorrow. It's not your fault and don't think it is. Be glad to be out of a relationship with a person like that. Go out have a good time, regroup, and get back on the bandwagon. She obviously wasn't "the one" so nows your chance to find her and be truely happy. All in all just don't start drinking cause of this....that stuff is the worst thing for you. Chin up and chest out, being a civil, single, MAN is what you are now and the game now is fun. CoolBlueSS
Do the following TODAY: 1. Change the locks on all the doors of the house. 2. Change the garage remote setting. 3. Padlock all other open spaces (fence gate, shed door, etc.). 4. Tell your neighbors that your wife has moved out and no longer has a right to be on the property, and ask them to inform you if they see any suspicious activity. 5. Call a lawyer. Sorry to hear about all this trouble. It will pass more quickly and painlessly if you take some control over the situation. Michael <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Also I would serve her with a "Letter of Trespass". Have you lawyer draw one up. It basically states that since you have left the property, if you are found back on the property without written/verbal consent. That the Police will take notice and charges of trespass will be issued against you in court. Send it certified mail, along with a CC: to your local Police Dept. BTW, I hope it all works out in the end.... Sounds like this is going to be one bitter fight to the end. Just remeber to keep you chin up!!! Play fair, but document everything that goes on, that doesn't seem right. (Rule of thumb for Law Enforcement in court, "If it isn't written down, then it didn't happen.") Best of luck to you .... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Sounds like good advice. Being the bigger man is hard sometimes, but it will carry you alot further. Keep the head up man, you're doing great so far! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thanks bnoon Yeah, I was really close in laying her f**king dad out right on the garage floor. The problem with that though I am sure my STBXW would've been calling the cops and it would've gotten worse. I kept my cool and that was the smart way in handling that situation. I may not be so forgiving next time, and all I know is all my friends are wanting a piece of him now. He really f**ked up his own daughters fate with this marriage. I blame her more so than him...he should've NEVER been involved. She really has dug herself in a big hole by how she left, no communication as to owning up to the debt we both have or a simple why, emptying the savings account, and now this assault. That's 4 strikes already isn't it???????????
