Ok, I'm really torn here guys/gals. I just sold my dirtbike for 2k cash, and I was planning on spending the money on a new tonneau for my truck, but then I got to thinking about it, if I saved it, I would be 2k closer to the 5,000(ish) that i would need for a Procharger... I want more go, but i really want a tonneau too... :banghead:

So if you guys can vote and justify your decision, please do so. Thanks :)

I say the tonneau cover. As you may know, getting the Procharger will only magnify the already weak tranny we have so in essence, you will not only be getting a Procharger, but you will also need to upgrade your tranny, a tune, etc. I've been down this road before and felt I would be way in over what I thought I would spend from the begining. I would rather put that money into a SBC or something like that. My truck is my daily driver and I don't need things crapping out on me, especially considering my truck is an '04. Who wants to drive a new truck that breaks down all the time? Not to say that will happen, but it needs to be expected.

The gaylord is sweet, but going faster is worth it. I just like leaving stuff in my truck and not worrying about it. What I would do is spend the money on a shiftkit and stall. Its a necessary and also a big improvement over stock. Then from there you can decide if you want to have more speed which I think everyone here knows the answer to that
