Upon my return, I notice that I had a couple large grease blobs all over my driver's side front wheel. A quick inspection proves the culprit is a bushing. kelleyperformance Posted September 24, 2008 Report Share Posted September 24, 2008 i could be wrong, it could just be over-greased. go look at it, clean it off with a rag and see if the rubber boot is torn or smashed, etc. if so, then youd need replace and not a full alignment. just a toe adjustment. only take a few mins Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Krambo Posted September 25, 2008 Report Share Posted September 25, 2008 (edited) I have a bad habit of over-stuffing my tie rod ends and end up with some grease splatter. I need to get a good grease gun, sometimes mine will do a full pump and overload the puppy and other times it will take like 10 pumps. POS! I would wipe all o that grease off and give the rubber boot a gentle squeeze to see if you have a tear or it actually separated from the seat.
