kweber1911 Posted February 12, 2009 Report Share Posted February 12, 2009 I think the hardest part would be to take the cluster apart. other than that, its just a few LEDs i believe. I could be wrong though. LEDs should only cost a few cents a piece too. How bright is it at night? Is it blinding even if you turn the dimmer down? Sometimes that blue stuff gets bright. shawnss Posted February 12, 2009 Report Share Posted February 12, 2009 they make replacement L.E.D bulbs. all you need to do is swap them out for your stock one. correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure all they are is 194 bulbs that are L.E.D. i have done it to some of my other cars. just havent had a chance in the SSS. I have an 04 so not sure of the differences. he did everything on one truck over there. gauges, window controls, heater controls, radio. looked great. i want to know how it is to do the steering wheel controls as well.
