How is that not ram air. Ram air doesnt work any way unless your above 60 or so. Whats differance does it make if the air come in from the front; forced in by speed. Or from the vacuume caused where the hood and windshield meet after the air moves over the cowl; caused by the pressure change over the cowl. Bernoulli's Principle For the speed to undergo change, there must be a change in force. A change in force results in a change in pressure. The (lateral) pressure exerted by an incompressible fluid varies inversely with the square of the speed of the fluid.
