I was waiting behind a car that was waiting behind a car that was turning and as soon as i looked in the rear view i saw this white ram coming up quick and i was just thinking wtf HIT THE BRAKES and well half a second later he slams into me and sent me into the dodge in front of me. I was pissed and didnt even want to speak to the guy. My question is even if i was far enough away to see the guys tires will i still be at fault? ill be picking up the police report later on today. podting pics in s bit.
